He stuck his drum up in the kid's face, banging on it and chanting while one of his friends told the kids that white people didn't belong in America. And all you can focus on is what jerks the kids were? They only way they were jerks that I can see is not turning their backs on these people and their cameras. The video footage CAME from those cameras. This was a deliberate attempt to provoke the kids further so the native activists could get shots to reinforce the sentiment they were a bunch of nasty racists. As soon as they left they edited the footage and put it out. Now you, like the media, are going easy on this scummy old native BECAUSE he's a native. So what? He's still a lying weasel who deliberately used the video and his own interviews to push a dishonest view of these kids harassing him.

I just wish the media would expose the fallacy of our sentencing. Sentences in Canada are already notoriously light - but it's actually much, much worse. If someone is sentenced to 12 years in prison - Statutory Release means they have to be released after serving two-thirds of their sentence (8 years) unless there are very compelling reasons to the contrary. The default is they get out. Full parole, if granted is given after one third. Don't get me going on early Day Parole. So - a sentence of 12 years is actually 4 to 8 years. Like in the US, the sentence should be publicized as "they are serving 4 to 8 years. A sentence of 6 years is actually 2 to 4 years. For gang members and hardened criminals, these wrist-slaps are just the "cost of doing business". The public are being grossly misled. Not Fake News - it's Censored News.

It is estimated that fossil fuel use will continue for many decades. Do you plan on ignoring this, shutting down our fossil fuel industry, and putting billions into renewables as, for example, the Ontario government has done? You speak about diversifying trade, but every government wants to do that, and so far none has succeeded. How will you do any better?
