You'll always be guessing.....what went so very wrong?

Sorry, don't know. Can't help you there. If you can't think with LittleGeorge/LittleDick, that would be a question for your doctor ....

That would mean you can't think at all, right?

Go Edwards!

Uh oh. I was wrong. REALLY wrong. Please go back to thinking with your brain ... your IQ has actually gone down. Who would have thought it was possible?

Yes, you are usually wrong...thank you for admitting the obvious.

Go Edwards!

Really, now. That's the best you could come up with? Perhaps you should try thinking with your brain and LittleGeorge/LittleDick at the same time ....

If that doesn't work, I give up. You'll just have to keep on truckin' as best you can ...

Good luck.

I realize they were attempting to express humor, but it wasn't funny. Because no one thinks Obama is a deity, so it's as about as funny as if I were to have referred to Palin as a deity. But just in case that would be funny to you, here ya go--

Praise Jesus Palin!

Too bad it wasn't Palin asking the man to stand. Then he may have been healed.

Laugh away. ;)

I wanted to link to YouTube, but it was pulled. Would that have made it better for you? :P

Obama, the Jesus-machine:

Tennessee Rep. Steve Cohen riled Republicans Wednesday after he compared Barack Obama to Jesus Christ and suggested Sarah Palin is akin to Pontius Pilate.

Or maybe Obama, merely a messiah:

In Georgia, he [Obama] directly equated his supporters with God's people: "God had a plan for his people. He told them to stand together and march together around the city… and when the horn sounded and a chorus of voices cried out together, the mighty walls of Jericho came tumbling down."

Saw my first crop of McCain-Palin bumper stickers today...and a few lawn signs. Bumper stickers have long been tools for mostly liberal causes from whales to abortion "rights", and they are proudly displayed long after elections are passed as some form of protest after being trounced at the polls (Kerry-Edwards stickers are still defiantly adhered to the bumpers of Toyota Prius earth savers). Paul Welstone too, years after dying in a plane crash.

But this time it might be different, with conservatives already primed by years of magnetic "Support Our Troops" ribbons. Brave was the soul who proudly displayed support for "W '04" or "Bush Cheney" in past years, but Palinmania may bring them out in droves.

The Obama stickers and signs have been on the scene for quite a while now, and just need to be freshened up with "Biden". As another member pointed out, and because of how the brain-vision thing really works, at first glance it looks like Osama Bin Laden!

Latest New York Times poll:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26763744/

The contest appears to be roughly where it was before the two conventions and before the vice presidential selections: Mr. Obama has the support of 48 percent of registered voters, compared with 43 percent for Mr. McCain, a difference within the poll’s margin of sampling error, and statistically unchanged from the tally in the last New York Times/CBS News Poll in mid-August.

Latest Quinnipiac University poll:

http://www.latimes.com/news/politics/la-na...0,2995203.story

The poll, conducted this month by Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, shows Obama leading McCain 49% to 45%, according to the university's website. The four percentage point spread is slightly narrower that the August poll, which had Obama up 47% to 42%.

Latest Gallup poll:

http://voices.kansascity.com/node/2094

What's bad for the U.S. economy is good for Barack Obama. In Thursday's Gallup Poll, he has staked out his biggest lead in two weeks over John McCain at 48-44 percent.

Seems the bounces are over.

If McCain want to win this election he's got to get his act together and stop waffling on the economy. Obama's been pretty short on specifics but his advantage is that his party isn't in the Whitehouse right now. McCain and the Republican strategists have got to come up with something BIG on the economic front soon, they're running out of time.

The Bushies have already taken care of the big economic statement on behalf of McCain - billions of tax dollars to bail out bad managers and CEOs .... I would say that is about all you are going to get.. Put bluntly - If the corporations and banks are allowed to falter and fall that means that the rich would fall - If the rich fell..then America would be a nation run by poor people... and poor people are real bad with money....or is it the rich that are poor when dealing with fantastic amounts of economic lucre? Seriously - there is no answer or cure..the system has run it's course and this is the natural inevidable out come. Obama nor McCain can fix what is smashed - they will have to start with scratch - first establish a system where corruption and crimminality corporately is no longer normal.

If that's the case, I'm hoping McCain wins. If he dies in office Sarah can be president. With a gorgeous woman like that at the helm, who cares what happens to the economy (or the environment for that matter). ALL HAIL SARAH!

Remember in the first corporation - the twelve guys that followed Christ - and they had a common purse "to take from when needed" - and also remember that the frist CEOs of this early bit of corporate socialism were WOMEN! Untill the cruel and envious men ousted them and preverted Christianity. As in Israel and the possibiity of a woman leading the nation - which is a great hope...mothers are always more fare! The plan has always been to have McCain falter or die in office - he is aware of this also. The old guy has medical science and medication to thank for keeping him upright at this point - Correct me if I am wrong but is Sarah is socialite creepy wife? _ If so - I smell one hell of a cat fight between Palin and plastic face!

You spend too much time watching late night tv, and probably altogether way too much time on the internet.

I have not watched TV in two years - just had one put in my bedroom...I am shocked at how it has rapidly degraded in just 24 months - as for the internet - currently I do not have a computer in my home - at this moment I am using my daughters facilty...she's out of town and I am dog sitting - actually I left the dogs at my house and I am at her place typing away..So you think I am an internet guy - this is the only place I post - and I recieve very few E-mails....I am either out in the public or I am reclusive and resting...so what's on tonight? :P

The combination of the Bradley Effect and the margin of error still indicates to me that this election goes to McCain.

All kidding aside, Truman's qualifications were even more dicey than Palin's and he's probably among our ten greatest Presidents.

All kidding aside, I don't think it will make a bit of difference who wins. You'll still have people starving to death in the world, wars, disasters, and world leaders doing virtual squat about it.

So what? Did you think this was "heaven on earth"? Such things will always exist, regardless of "world leaders".

Speaking of the VP debate. Here's a great new ad from the McCain campaign featuring Joe Biden.

I see they're still repeating the "raise taxes on 42K a year" lie, even though it's been debunked entirely. I guess they figure whoever's left that's voting for them don't care about insults to their intelligence.

But I'm surprised John McCain would be bringing up ancient embarrassing clips, considering the countless glass houses he lives in. I don't think Joe Biden ever called his wife a c*nt in public.

It's even been debunked and criticized by Republicans-- and Fox News.

McCain Loses Fox News: Megyn Kelly Rips McCain Flack For Claiming Obama Would Raise Middle Class Taxes»

On Fox News today, host Megyn Kelly called out McCain campaign spokesman Tucker Bounds for the campaign’s lies about Sen. Barack Obama’s (D-IL) tax proposals.

On Fox News today, host Megyn Kelly called out McCain campaign spokesman Tucker Bounds for the campaign’s lies about Sen. Barack Obama’s (D-IL) tax proposals. “I want to hold you accountable for what McCain is doing,” said Kelly. “Has your candidate gone too far, has he stretched the truth with the voters?”

Bounds initially attempted to dismiss her question, claiming that McCain has simply “gone to great lengths to discuss Barack Obama’s record.” “It is true that during a struggling economy, he proposes raising taxes,” declared Bounds.

“Not on the middle class,” shot back Kelly, noting that “virtually every independent analyst” has said that the McCain campaign is lying:

KELLY: But you guys have suggested he’s going to raise taxes on the middle class and virtually every independent analyst who took a look at that claim said that’s not true. He’ll raise it on people making $200,000 or $250,000, but not the middle class.
