Donald Trump was asked a question in the debate last night which he did not answer. So please answer it for me.

Since you support Flordia’s six week abortion ban, if Congress passes a national six week abortion ban, will you sign it?

You’re the Trump supporters. You understand all his secret-coded whispers. So answer the question: Will Trump sign an abortion ban into law, or not?

Maybe. 

From what he has said, he doesn't support federal action on this. I don't think he will drive it, but if it got to his desk he might sign it for any number of reasons. 

However, I don't think federal legislation is going to be constitutional either way and I do not support it.

You’re high on something if you think the U.S. Supreme Court as it stands today would declare that a nationwide abortion ban is unconstitutional.

Why do you think that?

Existing legal precedents around the 10th and 14th Amendments are pretty clear on limiting the powers of Congress to pass such a nationwide kind of ban. US v Lopez, US v Morrison,  City of Boerne v Flores.

Yes he did. He said it is left to each state. 

My take is that every effort should be made to preserve BOTH lives. BOTH lives matter. 

Frankly, I'm stunned that so many women can be so desensitized with their own offspring.

I don't think he has any intention of it, i think he would consider it a waste of his time and he has ohter things to worry about, i think he's always  been happy to see it go to the states. 

BUT. 

If he decides it'll honk off the dems enough, he might just do it for revenge for all the crap they tried to pull :)   I could potentially see that.

I am not a Trump supporter but I find him quite easy to predict. And no, he would not sign an abortion ban. It's rather irrelevant anyway. Such a bill would need to pass congress, which would never happen

To Trump's point, a bill like that could never make it to his desk. Even of it did, Trump considers it a losing issue and he would rather let babies die than lose an election. To me, I'd rather save babies. But that is Trump's stance.

The Rules for Liberal tactics:

It is attainable that doctors not be killing newborns and Hattians don't eat their neghbour's cats. so you kind of lost that one :)

That's a pretty stupid comment when we already know that he turned the country over to the cheaters back in 2021. 

If Trump were TRULY in it for himself, and ONLY himself, he would've ordered a full scale takeover of the government while he was still President.

Last time the Military leaders wouldn't set aside their oath to defend the constitution next time those not loyal to Trump won't be there.

He turned the country over. We know this because the frauds - Joe Biden and Kamala Harris - currently occupy the White House.
