So Walz just claimed that Trump will ban abortion nation wide.

Unflavored Jell-O AND a lyin' POS.

OK...now we all know what we're dealin' with.

A dumb Libbie b1tch and a lyin' bowl of blah.

I watched him for about 2 minutes, just another used car salesman, "this 84 Plymouth has only 20,000 miles on it and comes with a built in tampon dispenser for the boys.".

Not to brag, I'm somewhat of a cunning linguist. Not sure what that has to do with anything here... there isn't a leftist on this site that can use words with more than 6 letters correctly.

I love that you've latched onto this inscrutable and not very funny bit and are beating it within an inch of its life. I have no idea what it even means.

Of course not. Somehow cultists are never aware of anything that clashes with their confirmation bias.

Oh wait, that's part and parcel of being a cultist: you guys reject unwanted information like your life depends on it.

LOL as if you dipshits don't make the same electability calculations. The GOP picked mike Pence to appeal to the religious nutjobs, now they're picking Vance to appeal to beady-eyed fascist VC contingent.

Vance is intelligent and honest enough to make important points without leaving room for mainscum media to twist his words into something they aren't.

LOL keep going with this line of attack, I'm sure trying to cast an avuncular high school football coach as an extremist is gonna work out great for your freaks.

Everyone's avuncular when they need to be, dummy. How do you think Biden gets close enough to kids to sniff their hair and kiss them on the mouth?

Hell, who's more avuncular than a pedophile?

How many times have you heard: "Awww, he was the nicest guy ever. I was so shocked to find out that he molested 200 children under the age of 9."

The problem with Walz isn't how nice he is to boys, it's that he's an anti-patriot. He's a guy who revelled in watching Minnesota burn while his AG withheld bodycam footage that:

  1. proved Floyd wasn't a 'gentle giant' at all, and
  2. showed that Floyd was already saying "I can't breathe!" when no one was even touching him.

And actually quite literally it doesn't. Because she didn't really sound like one. Because it was a fake accent.

So what makes you an expert on the dialects and accents of Jamaicans and every corner of the American South?

Aren't you a couch potato? Maybe you're going off what you hear on TV. LMAO

Kamala has no excuse for having a poor Jamaican accent. Her family owned slaves there not too long ago.

No. She's an American of mixed race. She's not black. She's not Indian. She's not Asian. Any perversion that seeks to ignore one race for another is racism.

Which public speakers? Hillary? Kamala? They clearly were not pros. I don't know if it makes a major difference. It just sounds phony.

If Donald Trump did a bad southern accent in Alabama or if JD Vance picked up a Minnesota accent while in Minneapolis, people would notice. The media would be talking about. We would be hearing about how Trump and Vance are weird. There would be a thread on here about it. You would be posting in it.

People ARE talking about Trump and Vance being weird. Esp Vance.

Pols being phony is really old news and no one is phonier than Trump. You can tell by all his LIES. How old are you?

Faking someone's accent to ingratiate yourself to them is sickening.

If you can't make people like you without faking their accent then either you're not worth liking, or they're racists who can't support people who don't sound like them.

That's right. I forgot about that.

Another thing just occurred to me. All these people are calling Trump racist because he accused Kamala of playing up different aspects of her racial background when it suits her. What right does this white guy have to question her ethnic heritage?

Well, Biden did this, too. Only he didn't just do it to one person. He said in an interview that if you are having trouble making up your mind between him and Trump "you ain't black."

Which was actually the more polite version of what he was really thinking: "Just do as you're told, n----rs." (with a hard "r", like their leader L.B. Johnson used to say it)

If CNN gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.

Vice Presidents in the past 20 years:

Kamala Harris (2021-24)- California NOT A SWING STATE

but - was considered to be left of bernie sanders.  Which helped console bernie supporters who got royally screwed and make the radical left happier.  As  i said, there are TWO reasons to hire a VP.  So that lines up with the first reason.

Quote

Mike Pence (2017-21)- Indiana NOT A SWING STATE

First - indiana was considered to be in play and the dems made strong gains there the election before so yes, that did help secure the state. and the dems did lose the ground they gained.

But even more important- considered a moderate to offset trump's perception as a bit of a  hot head radical. Again fairly well known name.

Two reasons. Go get a notebook and write that down.

Quote

Joe Biden (2009-17)- Delaware NOT A SWING STATE

But - extremely well known and considered a career politician to offset the claims that Obama didn't have the experience.  He was also from an old school white family and that helped with fundraising.

And again - the republicans made BIG gains in deleware the election before and WERE threatening to take it.  So once again it locks down a state that is in play and helps bring the win

This goes faster if you pay attention. There are two reasons to hire someone.  In the last several years reason A) has been to offset a perceived weakness in the candidate. IF they are radical then run a moderate vp, if they are inexperienced  run an experienced vp, etc etc.

The other reason is to give you horsepower in the state you want to are concerned about winning.

In two out of the three cases you mention above, the other party had made strong gains in the previous elections and were actively trying to continue that, and the states were indeed at risk. Only cali never came close.

But This guy very clearly isn't bringing anything of the first reason to the table. He's not well known, he's not thought of as being particularly moderate so he doesn't offset her there, he's not experienced federally,   AND  that state really isn't in play, there are other states where having the vp come from that would have been more likely to deliver results.

Of course it's always possible those people said no.
