Trump found guilty of fraud in civil case.

Recommended Posts

Seems like another BS trial, but that's nothing new in the US these days. The FBI can alter evidence and submit it to the court and no one even bats an eye.

The justice system is a disgrace:

Quote

Trump has sued to delay the trial, accusing Engoron and James of ignoring the appeals court order to narrow the case.

He and the other defendants have said this made it impossible to prepare for trial because they did not know which claims they would have to defend against.

The appeals court is expected to rule on that request this week.

If CNN gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.

If you missed something on the Cultist Narrative Network, don't worry, the dolt horde here will make sure everyone hears it.

Kamala didn't get where she is because of her achievements or anything that came out of her mouth.

This trial had nothing to do with the FBI.

The trial may be delayed but now they know what claims they will have to defend against.

Dream on.

So are you claiming that Trump does NOT routinely mis-value his properties as has been reported in the news for DECADES?

Seems like you're claiming that Trump never does ANYTHING illegal despite being involved in over 4000 legal disputes during his career. LMAO

Here's a clue for you: he constantly manipulates the legal system, esp by using his wealth to outlast those whom he refuses to pay for services rendered.

Yes we all know how when a Judge finds you guilty it doesn't mean you're actually guilty.

That's a strange admission coming from you at this particular moment...

Trump does have a very shady past. His business practices have been so...nasty, that most US banks refuse to do business with him anymore. This is not news. Most people who can read, have known this for a long time. Yet...they voted for him. Why?

America...along with many Western nations...have had governing bodies that have used the public as a pin cushion for decades. I think Trump's political success is based on the idea that he could and would, deliver these governing bodies...raspberries. An opportunity to flip the bird at the "elite". That's how I think he attained political power. He then delivered. The wall...halting illegal immigration...telling, not asking but telling the other NATO nations to pull their weight...leaving the WHO and defunding it...not starting any new wars...a massive tax break...and the crowning jewel, he unleashed the mining industries which was chiefly responsible for the wildly successful economy.

As a result, today the Republican party has morphed into a more Nationalist movement...and the Democrat party is doing everything and anything to stop Trump and trample this Nationalist movement. So much so that they are willing to attack the US Constitution in order to accomplish their goal.

Its been wild and seriously shitty to watch.

What I really want to know is this: Why are you so evil?

You clearly support Vladimir Putin, who has been dictator of Russia for 24 years. He throws his political opponents in prison and he bombed a jet in order to punish his opponent who sort of rebelled against him. Never mind killing the pilot and crew, that was just “collateral damage.”

In simple terms: Putin is EVIL, and you support his evil. You are wrong for doing that.

And you support this fckhead Donald Trump.  He is a non-stop liar, sexual predator, rapist, and he DID attempt to use violence to remain in power as President.

Democracy of 330 million people is never going to be perfect. Turns out that people in Wyoming live very differently than people in New York City.

But you want America and Russia to be ruled by dictators. You admit that Donald Trump is a criminal but you still support him. This isn’t about you and me having different opinions. This is about you choosing evil.  And that makes you evil. It’s just that simple.

If he always does it and it's been widely reported to the point where everyone knows about it - then it's not really fraud is it :)

So if you commit enough crime, it’s LEGAL? WTF?

I talked to a detective once who said that criminals always go nuts when they get caught for crimes that they’ve been getting away with. They just assumed that since they got away with it for so long, it’s ok. Me? If I get a speeding ticket, it’s just my behavior catching up with me.

Question: Do you pay taxes? Cause Donald Trump does not pay taxes. We saw his tax returns. And a big reason is because he continually under-reported the value of his properties to tax authorities while over-reporting their values to lenders.  These are crimes.

LOL...nice try Tweenkie.

You clearly have a huge difficulty understanding people who see things rationally and want peace. So much so that you fall back on the term "evil" in a vain effort to...what...humiliate? Rest assured that I am not humiliated and find your particular brand of bullshit...bullshit.

Sigh.  some times it hurts watching you lean into the stupid like that.

The 'crime" would be knowingly deceiving others. However if everyone knows that the information provided is not accurate, then it's not a deception. No crime.

"It's been so widely reported that i exaggerate that i had no idea you'd think i was telling the accurate truth!" :)

So when he says essentially everyone knows that trump lies, then trump telling a lie isn't deceiving anyone :) And everyone except a total derp would have gotten that was a little tongue in cheek,

Not complicated.  I'll let you get back to your cookies and milk.

Peace? Did Putin bring peace to Ukraine?

Could you please show us the law that says it’s legal to commit fraud if everyone knows you’re a liar?  Cause I never saw the line on my tax form that says, “I certify this to be true under penalty of perjury unless everybody knows I’m a liar.”

You really do live in your own little bubble. Well, not your own, it's full of other Trumpistas, but it's certainly separate from reality.

Regardless of what Trump wanted, we never left WHO (and it would have been monumentally stupid to do so). Trump didn't stop illegal immigration--successful illegal crossings actually increased under Trump. (Probably because he was diverting resources to his asinine wall rather than focusing on enforcement.) The tax cut yielded nothing but huge deficit and debt and the unspecial economy continued the modest growth trajectory of the prior 4 years--until it fell off a cliff.

God damn you're stupid some days.

The law doesn’t work that way.
The law is the law and it says what it says and break it at your own risk.

18 U.S.C. §§ 1341

Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, or to sell, dispose of, loan, exchange, alter, give away, distribute, supply, or furnish or procure for unlawful use any counterfeit or spurious coin, obligation, security, or other article… shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.”

In evaluating real estate, there is a LOT of wiggle room, but not nearly as much as Trump wiggled.  He overstated square footage by 300%!!!

He quit funding the WHO. But please feel free to split more hairs. The rest of this diatribe of yours is bullshit.
