B. Nonsense.

Did you cream your jeans at the thought of Bannon possibly going to prison? Will you cream them when the Republicans begin jailing Democrats?

Thanks for FINALLY POSTING SOMETHING. Too bad you didn't read it.

Quote

The U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals wrote in a 2020 decision about whether statements made by then-President Trump declassified the existence of a CIA program that “declassification, even by the president, must follow established procedures.”

If a document is declassified, that doesn’t automatically mean it can be shared widely, either. For example, nuclear information – which is generally classified – is also protected by the federal Atomic Energy Act of 1954, McClanahan explained.

The Washington Post reported the FBI searched Mar-a-Lago for “nuclear documents,” among other classified information.

“Because [nuclear information] has this dual protection, even if you declassify a nuclear document, you cannot disseminate it because it’s still what’s called Restricted Data,” McClanahan said.

“So to the extent that he [Trump] had any nuclear information in there, declassification would not help him in the slightest, because he would still be disseminating restricted data or moving Restricted Data,” he added.

Meanwhile back in the REAL world, ONCE AGAIN the people ACTUALLY conspiring to commit election fraud are Republicans

GOP Officials Caught Instructing Poll Workers To ‘Secretly’ Break Rules: Leaked Audio

Republicans in Michigan are working to take control of election proceedings by stocking polling places with “undercover agents”

On the leaked call, EIF founder and former state Sen. Patrick Colbeck claims that “none of the constraints that they’re putting on this are legal.” His co-host, GOP county chairwoman Cheryl Costantino, advises the workers to “just hide” their cell phones, and to “hide a small pad and a small pen or something like that because you need to take accurate notes.” Costantino dismissed concerns from attendees that they’d be thrown out or removed from their posts for breaking the rules.

As a few folks pointed-out, Obama did the very same thing only to the tune of millions of documents without any FBI raids into a 16 year olds' bedroom. Or the First Lady's underwear...which apparently happened.

False, here are the official statements of the National Archives:

August 12, 2022, statement

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) assumed exclusive legal and physical custody of Obama Presidential records when President Barack Obama left office in 2017, in accordance with the Presidential Records Act (PRA). NARA moved approximately 30 million pages of unclassified records to a NARA facility in the Chicago area where they are maintained exclusively by NARA. Additionally, NARA maintains the classified Obama Presidential records in a NARA facility in the Washington, DC, area. As required by the PRA, former President Obama has no control over where and how NARA stores the Presidential records of his Administration.

September 8, 2022, statement

Some news outlets and individuals on social media are mistakenly reporting that the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) confirmed that a large number of boxes of Presidential records are missing from the Barack Obama administration. This is false. NARA has never issued any such statement and is not aware of any missing boxes of Presidential records from the Obama administration.

Lol...except the POTUS has the power to declassified things at will.

Good luck with that.

Too bad you have NO authority nor expertise to render ^this judgement.

Maybe you can FIND that in this paper by an EXPERT in US classification and laws.

why wouldn't I defend someone who did nothing wrong against a politicized FBI and DOJ on a witch hunt?

The ONLY one saying it's a witch hunt is Trump, which is exactly what all criminals say.

The question is why you would believe a con man like Trump.

Probably cause, you're unfamiliar with his long history of conning people.

Do you even know about any of it? Early on, he used to call reporters masquerading as his own publicist named John Barron or John Miller.

Those were some of his EARLIEST LIES. You've been CONNED.

So he stood over dozens of boxes containing thousands of classified documents he hadn’t yet read and said “whatever’s in here I hereby declassify it”?  And conveniently  there’s no record of it so once again we’ll just have to take his word that happened?

As Bill Barr said that’s extremely unlikely to be true and even if it were true that would much worse.

William Barr, on Fox, says there's no legitimate reason for classified docs to be at Mar-a-Lago

Former Attorney General William Barr appeared on Fox News on Friday to say there is no "legitimate reason" for classified documents to have been at Mar-a-Lago and cast doubt in the idea that they had somehow been declassified.

…No. I can't think of a legitimate reason why they should have been -- could be taken out of government, away from the government if they are classified," Barr said of the documents found at former President Donald Trump's Florida resort.

"I, frankly, am skeptical of the claim that [Trump] declassified everything," Barr added.

"Because frankly, I think it's highly improbable, and second, if in fact he sort of stood over scores of boxes, not really knowing what was in them and said 'I hereby declassify everything in here,' that would be such an abuse and that shows such recklessness, it's almost worse than taking the documents," he said…..

But as usual your definition of “Democrat shill” is anyone who isn’t a Republican shill ….so your comment is worthless.

no it isn't

independents are very much against this raid on Mar-a-Lago

non-shills oppose this

only those suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome support it

A general warrant is illegal.

Look that up.

Have a warm and fuzzy day.
