Jeeze you people are so lost its not even funny.. I guess it's to be expected from uneducated low iq ctv viewers

the Liberals were seeking an injunction to stop the protests altogether

the judge refused to give them one

the reason that it was a peaceful assembly under Charter rights

any use of force under the rubric of the law, which violated your fundamental Charter right ; is unconstitutional

It was just about the horns, the ruling had nothing to do with the legality of the protest.

Doesn't really matter because the "law abiding" protesters ignored it anyway.

No, there was an injunction against the horns a week or so ago, but there has also been a more recent injunction against the occupation.  Keep up with it.  Our capital city is under occupation by anarchists and they are a threat to our democracy.

I thought there had been an injunction a week or so ago that made the occupation illegal, but I can't find it right now.  However, the Emergencies Act was declared Monday and that made the occupation illegal.  There were difficulties between police departments and authorities which the Emergency Act solved.

That is not a court injunction from a judge against the convoy calling it an illegal occupation, like you said.  You are a liar.

The judge repeatedly said they have a legal right to be there.

Yes Trudeau issued it ?. Just because the coward of the cottage says it's illegal doesn't make it so.

That's what makes this so ridiculous. The Prime Minister has taken it upon himself to freeze bank accounts for the crime of disagreeing with him. If you are comfortable with a politician being able to freeze accounts simply because he disagrees with your views, you need to examine yourself

It's not Trudeau who's going off the rails. It's the system that let's any dictatorial aficionado go off the rails in almost any way he or she would like as long as they sit in a PM chair. It's truly astounding that we see nothing wrong with it, in this century.

What is exactly you want because you never say, you just bitch.

It's in the word: dictate-orship. It is not about bullets, repressions, terror no it does not say it so stop distracting. It's about dictate, one way communication no explanation given and no questions answered.

Now, did we have anything but it, the dictate in the last two years and counting? Here you go. The answer is right on the surface.

No, you do not understand the laws and Emergency Act.  Do you really think an injunction is needed?  What the occupiers were doing was totally illegal even before a court issues an injunction.  The police could have cleared them out but because of problems and lack of resources they did not.   The Emergency Act is a higher authority than an injunction and declared the occupation illegal  (even though it was already illegal).  The police have issued written warnings and are issuing another written warning (the second one) today to make it clear the occupation is ILLEGAL.   The laws are clearly against the occupation of the streets.  The Emergency Act has declared it is illegal and they must leave now.  There is no further need for injunctions or anything else.  The government has the legal power and is exercising it.  Now the police will move in and remove the illegal blockaders, likely within the next few days.
