I believe him... but I don't believe that he is one of the good teachers... I believe he's one of those people that takes 12 hours to do something that a normal person could do in 7 hours.

A lot of burnt out, stressed out people in all professions. Considering the Scandinavians lead in pretty much every quality of life metric, I think we should borrow some ideas.

If the job needs a Masters degree, then the pay should reflect that.

If a specific job doesn't require a Masters, then there shouldn't be extra pay for having one.

A kindergarten teacher with a Masters should receive the same pay as the K teacher without.
