Post, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi overthrow, the Islamic Republic under Ayatollah Khomeini was ushered in. Anything 'guided' relies on a down link - the objective in electronic jamming is to soft kill the platform by disrupting this guidance. An A.I. controlled drone does not rely on this down-link for control - it is completely autonomous.. somewhat akin to a fire-forget weapon Now imagine a 'stream attack' on a motorcade? There is no defense.

There is one undeniable fact and that is the U.S. would not and could not have achieved what it has today by being isolationist. The two cataclysmic wars of the 20th century provided the U.S. with ever increasing global clout. Although Trump ran on an isolationist platform I believe he is becoming aware that a country cannot become or remain incumbent as a superpower while at the same time ignoring that policy that made the U.S. 'great' in the first place. Arguably the biggest concern with Trump is his age - he is an old man, like Biden is an old man (is Joe still dead?). Old men dictating the course of the next generation is a recipe for disaster. Goes double for SCOTUS - they can die in the saddle?
