The dems firmly believe that ONLY those rights they approve of should be allowed and that rights should be based on a variety of factors, with those who are 'more repressed' having a different and larger set of rights than others. Jobs for the boys. If it was serious work we already have the infrastructure bank which could easily have dealt with it. He's creating million dollar a year jobs for people he knows and creating investment capital for businesses friendly to the liberals doing projects he approves of. This has been done before in canada and i don't mean 'legitimate' wealth funds like the heritage fund, but rather these faux investment funds.
