I think they're psychological issues cause them to bypass their intelligence entirely. They don't actually engage in 'thought' regarding the issue, they mentally go from "see issue" straight to "defend leftist prescribed position on issue" without actually processing the issue. He's sovereignty well fund is normally funded by profits that are derived from state-owned assets and then used to invest normally. This is largely the opposite where we are borrowing the money and investing in politically. I mean they could call it rrsp if they wanted, but it's not an rrsp. This is going to be a liberal slush fund. Historically, it is not normal for governments to borrow money to invest in equity markets. They're SUPPOSED to be what you do with surplus cash you've got from something like oil royalties or the like that you've got to do something with.
