Simply never going to happen. Just like computers didn't end 'secretary' jobs throwing millions of women out of work and didn't end paper use in offices Ok. It would leave us bankrupt and the majority would be living in abject poverty before long with a NObi policy. Your socialism is never the cheapest way.

Nobody claimed it was illegal binding document. Which is what illegal promise is Here's the definition again: a declaration or assurance that one will do a particular thing or that a particular thing will happen. Did he make a declaration or assurance that he would do a particular thing or that a particular thing would happen? Yep. Promise. And everyone knows that. But instead you try to suggest that because there's a less common less well used definition that obviously doesn't apply and wasn't what the poster meant that somehow he couldn't possibly have meant the more common version. So basically once again you lied to defend the liberals, wbom you never ever ever support honest! And thanks for sharing your family photos. I'd be crying too if I was your kid
-
Are you back to this lie? Do you need me to post the dictionary definition for you again? If you make a commitment to do something that is making the promise. Typical liberal, promises something and then when he fails to deliver he tries to get his lawyer to talk his way out of it 🙄🙄🙄 Why don't you just say he had his fingers crossed behind his back for god's sake. You're such a child

Conservative Crosses Floor to Join Carney’s Liberals
CdnFox replied to BeaverFever's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Yeah, for sure. But in fairness he's going to get a cabinet position or a committee chair position or the light and his income is going to go up 150 to $200,000 between actual pay and expense vouchers and all of that fun stuff. And he was very angry he didn't get the deputy speaker position. I think a lot of people would be tempted for that kind of money and you can bet that carney has been aggressively approaching every single conservative if you can since the election looking to try and sweet talk a few into switching sides. And at the end of the day there are going to be a percentage of people who are focused on the money they make as a priority It's shitty, but there's going to be a percentage of this -
Conservative Crosses Floor to Join Carney’s Liberals
CdnFox replied to BeaverFever's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Awww lookit you, "not supporting" the liberals again LOLOLOL -
I accept your admission of defeat I swear, for you it's like the word "blather" is your safe word or something.. "PLEASE DON"T BEAT UP ON ME ANY MORE!! BLATHER BLATHER BLATHER!!!" LOL you're just hilarious Anyway it's impossible for me to believe that an adult doesn't know the difference between debt and deficit and you clearly don't. Are you ready to quit pretending to be an adult yet?
-
Literally none of that is true which is something it shares with pretty much every other so-called argument for ubi.
-
Yes, as in right this very second. And? And china. Who badly wants to take over taiwan and has made several aggressive moves in that regard.

It is not possible to pay off portions of your debt if you have a deficit. How would that even work, you borrowed money to pay off money you borrowed???? That is only something that can happen after the deficit has been removed so saying that paying off debt doesn't help with the deficit is bananas There's got to be some Elementary YouTube videos you can watch on this stuff just to avoid looking this dumb. It is possible to outgrow a debt even if you still have deficit. In other words if your economy is growing substantially faster than your total debt the debt becomes a lower burden even though it's increasing. But you can't pay it down while you still got a deficit
-
I see you're back to talking to your mirror 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Remind me to explain to you with a difference between debt and deficit. Anyway as I posted you are entirely 100% wrong yet again. Maybe do a little research before posting I mean how do you get to supposedly allegedly being an adult without understanding the difference between debt and deficit? This is why people think you're a 13 year old kid

There is official data and yes, lots of people know how to use economy is doing Why are you always so eager to look like a twat? This isn't controversial,. It's like you're so buthurt by the result that you're crying and filling your diapers rather than simply coping with what is going on around you. Trump had two good quarters. Why are you soiling your pants over this? How obsessed are you that is simple fact like that somehow turns you into some quivering jellyfish Get over it grows behind you twat

The continuing credibility crisis of federal fiscal policy – C.D. Howe Institute As you can see they are not kind. Most of the other experts Seem to be saying the same sort of things. So after all that talk about wanting more time to make sure they get it right, they got it wrong. So why is this so worrying? Other than the fact that we have a crappy budget which is obviously not a good thing in and of itself. Carney is obviously relying heavily on advisors. He didn't put this budget together himself, or if he did he's ignoring his own incompetence. Which means all of this talk about his Experience has been a load of complete garbage Which means there isn't going to be a 'generational' plan, they're just going to fly the economy into the ground again. Canadian dollar hits nearly seven-month low on post-Fed momentum - The Globe and Mail Well that's not good. Looks like the market didn't like it either.

So getting back to the original post, here's a wacky new theory: The NDP would have been crazy to call an election. I think it was universally understood that they would find a way to bow out. They're broke they have no leader now it's not the time But, we just saw someone cross the floor. And the liberals are hinting they may have another two guys or willing to come across. If that happens then the liberals have a majority government and it'll probably last 5 years. Which means the NDP gets to sit there with no official party status broke as hell and with no income for five long years Or they can call an election now and spend every amount of energy they can trying to win five lousy more seats while ignoring all of the other ones and get their official party status. Given what carney is done since being elected they might very well be able to make that happen. And even if Carney gets a majority as a result at least they're back to having decent funding and being a real party. They can rebuild from there And there's an excellent chance it would just be another minority and they would have even more power. And nobody could say they were afraid to bring the liberals down this time. Honestly, given the fact that we just saw one person cross the floor and they're suggesting there are others I would be damn tempted to pull that plug and work like hell to pick up those extra five seats

So far is delivering. Second and third quarter results show the economy is moving upwards faster than inflation. While in Canada Most Canadians see inflation eating away at income gains: StatCan

Well why don't you ask Greece? Or Venezuela? Or any of the other countries that eventually declared bankruptcy that they kept lending money to? Thanks are not some guy sitting at his desk thinking carefully about each and every decision. The large organizations with people that basically follow the path that's been put in front of them. Their job is to lend money out, they lend money out. They charge appropriate interest rates and they're aware that sometimes things will fail and they won't get all of their money back the way they want it. If it's a pretty good world economic crashes as a result, you may remember 2009 which started from the overextended banks that lets massive amounts of money for subprime mortgages It's just the way it is

Because Biden's stimulus And subsequent inflation radically exceeded the Improvement in the economy. That was one of the reasons people gave him such a failing grade. The economy and inflation was a major factor And the big problem there is that the economy didn't need any stimulus. Tons of people had money in the bank that they normally would have spent on eating out and going to shops and movies and so on but they banked it because they couldn't, and as soon as they could they spent it. So the economy was very self-stimulating it didn't need any additional stimulation. And literally all of this was brought up quite a bit during Biden's time so I'm not sure what you were doing or why you didn't pay attention but believe me it was a topic of discussion for most people Of course we do, what are you a child? The second quarter results have long been published and a number of financial institutions have published the number so far for the third quarter and what's expected. It won't differ much if at all. The third quarter is over after all and the numbers were being published all the way along it's just a matter of telling it up So we know with reasonable certainty. Overall for those two quarters he has done better with growth then the cost increase of inflation. Not by a lot but he just needs to keep his head above water for that to work for him over time. Now that doesn't mean it's going to continue that way, it doesn't mean that in the next quarter or two all of a sudden there will be a nose dive. It takes the economy a long time to catch up to any changes that are made. I said numerous times when people for were freaking out back in January when he was taking over that we wouldn't know how his policies were impacting things probably until quarter 4 was in. But so far its working decently well for him. Sticking your head in the sand and ignoring the facts won't actually change the facts

Are you stupid? That's NET DEBT. per capita! That's got NOTHING to do with deficits Godddamit, how are you this dumb? Ok here's our deficit/suplus numbers you twat. Federal deficits in Canada: another view | Fraser Institute As you can see we ran surplusses from the late 80's to the great recession in 09, then we were back to surplus by2014-2015 before that we only ran massive deficits during the Trudeau years and trying to pay off of the interest and clean up the mess for the first part of the 1980s. Before that we basically had balanced budgets If you would read books instead of eating them you wouldn't be so daft. Net Debt per GDP has absolutely nothing to do with our deficit By spending within your meansincreasing business opportunities and activities So that you generate more tax revenue by increasing the amount of average income as well as the number of businesses. Couple that with reasonable program spending and not funding lesbian dance theory in Algeria and you got it made It's not that hard Government policy creates environment for business or squashes it. The governments have a huge control over how much business is happening. More business means more tax revenue. Again, not complicated And once again, we are not talking about Net debt per capita. I doubt you even know what net debt is, you're probably scrambling right now to look it up Plus your chart only goes to 1967, so it doesn't even get to the point where the conservatives were in power. Conservative Party of Canada didn't even exist prior to 2002 I must say it's impressive that you found so many ways to be stupid in one post

Nope no poor man gave me a job. And there's no doubt this budget definitely favors the ultra wealthy. For some reason they took taxes off of personal purchases of aircraft and luxury boatstook away penalties for owning an apartment and leaving in vacant That's your heroes that work there big guy Yeah that's kind of how I felt about it. For some reason you guys always want your emotional problems to be my responsibility and they just aren't. Your stupidity and your failure to be able to think critically are not my problem. Awwwww Anyway I'm sure the ultra rich enjoy your support.

Here's the point - this is what you're cheering about Most Canadians see inflation eating away at income gains: StatCan This is what seems to be making you happy. I think it's a bad thing and somehow you want me to be a bad person as a result. Only a liberal
