Donald Trump has long bragged that he’s a billionaire. We’re about to find out. Between the E Jean Carroll and NY Civil Fraud rulings, Trump needs to cough up $538 MILLION in cash in order to appeal the rulings… or to pay them off. For obvious reasons, he cannot post a bond for that amount, because no-one will give it to him. Trump’s efforts to liquidate or hide his assets are now subject to approval of a retired Federal judge who’s monitoring his finances, so he can’t ship gold bricks to Switzerland. Trump claimed that he can sell Mar-a-Lago to “the Saudis” for a billion dollars, which would certainly bail him out… except that Mar-a-Lago is worth about 1/40th of that. Still, it would be great to watch him sell off Mar-a-Lago. So what happens if Trump doesn’t cough up the cash? Well then it gets really fun! His creditors will get to order the seizure and liquidation of his assets until they get their money in full… or until nothing’s left. Fun times ahead! He’s going to lose his shirt, big time.

It doesn’t work that way. When someone commits a crime, they don’t get to stand before a judge and claim that, since somebody else allegedly committed a greater crime, they’re innocent. Trump committed crimes. Frankly, we all know this. We all know he insults people, he lies, we knew before his first term that he routinely refused to pay contractors, that he defrauded Trump “University” students, that he cheated on his wives, that he was sexually inappropriate with women. We knew that he promised to released his tax returns, same as every other Presidential candidate since Ford and Carter, then sued to block their release… so it’s no surprise that their release revealed tax and other fraud. We knew he paid off Stormy Daniels and his lawyer went to jail over it. Everybody knew all this. And now you’re acting surprised that he’s being prosecuted?

That’s not the question. The relationship is not unlawful or disqualifying. What’s disqualifying is whether there was any financial incentive or motivation involved, and none was presented. Instead, you had a highly respected former Governor testify that Willis first tried to hire him, and he turned her down, and one reason was the money wasn’t enough.

Trump LOSES $355 MILLION PLUS INTEREST!!!

That’s not how a bond works, but thanks for playing. Trump did a great job trying to get under this judge’s skin, but the judge stayed cool and didn’t take the bait. The judge wrote up a solid ruling, and it’s going to be nearly impossible to appeal. So all Trump will do with his appeal is waste his own money. Appeals need to be filed on very technical terms. They aren’t retrials; you have to find a mistake that was made or find a constitutional flaw in the law itself. Not as easy as you think. -
Ouch! NY Judge Arthur Engoron has handed down a $350 million (plus interest) judgement against Donald Trump in the New York State civil fraud case. His two sons were also fined and all three are barred from doing any business in New York for three years. To appeal the verdict, Trump must post a $350 million plus interest bond, if he can find anyone who will take the risk of a bond. Otherwise, Trump must front the full $350 million himself before an appeal can be filed.

The NYT prints retractions whenever they make mistakes. Fox News pays out hundreds of millions when they make mistakes. Cause Fox News obviously makes way bigger mistakes. Did you read the news story about Donald Trump being ordered to give Hillary Clinton $172,000 because of a frivolous lawsuit filed by Trump? Or that Trump’s attorney was sanctioned nearly a million dollars for filing frivolous lawsuits, such as suing the Pulitzer judges over who they awarded prizes to? MAGA stands for “we do psycho bullshlt.”

The many problems with Electric vehicles.

Everything you’re saying is ridiculous. You’re pulling excuses out of your butt to make excuses why EV’s won’t work… when they’re already working today and their owners are very satisfied with them. We will not need hundreds of millions of chargers. America’s electric grid has expanded its capacity at a rate of 15% per year for every year. Electricity can come from fossil fuels, but it can come from many renewable sources as well, including hydro, wind, solar and geothermal. The more we develop a renewable energy infrastructure, the stronger our economy will be. Oil companies want to stop it, but our entire manufacturing economy will be far stronger with renewable energy because it is less expensive and not affected by global fuel prices. There will be people who will continue to be better served by gasoline and diesel for many years to come. We certainly won’t transition the airplanes, trains, tractors, and long distance trucking we don’t know yet. But the more we move our consumption from petro to renewables, the stronger our nation will be. -
Let me get this straight: In the first place, Fox News pay $785 million because they broadcast false claims about Dominion machines. In the second place, wasn’t Trump winning at the ballot box, and then he lost when the absentee and mail-in ballots came in? So if the Dominion machines were rigged, doesn’t that mean Trump did the rigging? Because Dominion machines weren’t used for tabulating absentee and mail-in ballots, they were used to tabulate votes made at polling stations. See how you guys can’t keep all your lies straight? It’s so much easier to defend the truth because we don’t need to keep inventing one lie layered upon another lie. You really are disgusting. You’re on the side of fascism, and it’s horrible. Dictatorships are horrible places to live. Just ask the Russians and Chinese… if you can fine one who’s not afraid of being killed for speaking their mind.

Such a pathetic excuse. America signed treaties to guarantee Ukrainian autonomy in the wake of their agreement to dismantle their nuclear weapons stockpile. A ratified US treaty is “the supreme law of the land” in the United States. Further, the fall of Ukraine is a stepping stone to further Russian expansion. He won’t stop with Ukraine. Russia also signed treaties agreeing to Ukrainian sovereignty. Russia is lead by an evil man who jails his political rivals and reporters. There is no freedom in Russia as we know it. Post the wrong thing on the Internet and you go to prison. You wouldn’t last two minutes over there.

What the F are you talking about? The United States has been fully committed to the military defense of Western Europe since 1941. Eisenhower, Nixon, Reagan, Bush, and Bush were all committed to the defense of Europe. MAGA means “Piece of Shlt Traitor.” MAGA wants Russia to conquer Europe and wants fascists to suspend elections in America and instate Trump for life, and his ldiot children after that. MAGA is evil and stupidity wrapped all together.
