NY Fraud Case Will End Trump
Rebound replied to Rebound's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
See... it doesn't work that way. Donald Trump doesn't complain when he used legal technicalities to get away with not paying his contractors millions of dollars. He's used our legal system for decades to cheat people. And now he can't cheat it, and he's upset. The facts of this fraud case are crystal clear. And instead of reading your BS right-wing rags, you *COULD* read the actual court documents, which are public record. They're called "FACTS." And the FACTS are that Donald Trump systematically defrauded lenders and tax authorities for decades, not on the order of 20% but on the order of 300% and more. He did it for so long, and got away with it for so long, that he doesn't think it's a crime to sign your name on a piece of paper that says you swear that what you say is true. Donald Trump BROKE THE LAW, so he has to PAY THE PRICE. Just like the little people have to do. Pay your car registration late, they nail you. Pay a traffic or parking ticket late, they nail you. Well... he got nailed. Plain and simple. That's how it goes. -

It’s the conservatives who are the sexual degenerates in America. Example: A man wants to wear dresses. Liberals don’t care. Conservatives get obsessed over it. Example 2: A woman wants to become a man. Liberals don’t care. Conservatives get obsessed over it. Example 3: Two women want to have sex with each other. Liberals don’t care. Conservatives want to watch. You realize black people make up only 15% of the population, right? -

Don’t be ridiculous. You can Google and find countless studies. This was one study which even surprised the researcher. But you publish what you find whether it confirms your hypothesis or not. But you seem interested in rejecting anything that doesn’t confirm your opinions, so I don’t see a point in digging up and reading a dozen academic studies, do you? -
Way to go, MAGA! MAGA Family Values at Work “Tyler Boebert, the 18-year-old son of U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert, was arrested by Rifle police officers Tuesday, in connection with a “recent string of vehicle trespass and property thefts” in the town. While officials have yet to release details, Colorado Bureau of Investigation records indicate Tyler Boebert was breaking into vehicles to steal credit cards and other identification documents, such as driver’s licenses and passports. According to CBI documents released Tuesday night, Tyler Boebert faces multiple felony charges, including criminal possession of multiple stolen financial devices and criminal possession of identification documents. Both crimes are classified as class 6 felonies, which is punishable by 12 to 18 months in prison and fines up to $100,000. Tyler Boebert also faces over “15 additional misdemeanor and petty offenses,” according to Rifle police. “ https://www.cpr.org/2024/02/28/rep-lauren-boebert-son-tyler-arrested-multiple-felony-charges/

NY Fraud Case Will End Trump

Let me be very clear on my opinion of this: Donald Trump deserves this ruling. Not because I disagree with his politics, but because he has been a notorious fraudster for decades. He has refused to pay dozens of his contractors huge sums of money, and when they tried to collect, he would sue them and leave them nearly bankrupt. He has ruthlessly abused the law to his advantage, and he's ruthlessly abused the tax system to his advantage. Now the law is fighting back. TODAY, Trump offered to cough up $100 million in cash bond while he sells properties to come up with the rest of his money. His offer was turned down. -

So you think high-rise buildings don't bring in a lot of electricity already? Don't they operate air conditioners in high rise buildings? -

He didn't "shoot down" anything. His study analyzed data from the Houston Police Department only. That doesn't mean he proved that there is no race bias in policing. -

Question: Since most home EV chargers are 220V, 32A, does this mean that home air conditioners, electric ovens, electric heaters and hot tubs are also infeasible and incapable of working? I'm just curious, because I thought they all use 220V and 30 to 40A, and they *seem* to work. Do electric cars need "magical" electricity? Do they need a special kind that air conditioners and hot tubs don't use? Here, let me help you, since the only "learning" you engage in is by reading whatever the oil industry wants you to know. This is a graph of US electricity consumption since 1950. Let's pretend it's 1950, and the US is generating only 300 gigawatt hours of electricity. And looking to the year 1980, when the population's doubled and homes are all suburban and they have central air conditioning and all this stuff, requiring a whopping 2 trillion gigawatt hours of electricity... should we listen to a numbskull who tells us it's impossible? Cause look at what happened to electricity production! Source: US DoE https://www.eia.gov/energyexplained/electricity/use-of-electricity.php -

Where does the New York State Law say that an individual must be directly affected by an act of fraud? These banks do not want to go on record stating that they were fooled or defrauded, and they especially don't want to testify against a man who may become President of the United States and therefore capable of causing incalculable harm to their business. -

Mar-a-Lago is worth ~$20 million because it is deed restricted solely for use as a private club. It cannot be resold as several residences, or a hotel, or even one big residence. It has to be used as a country club, even if resold. Thats why it’s worth so little. -

Thanks, dummy. Now we’ll look at actual facts, instead of listening to you make stuff up. Depending on where you live (Canada sux, BTW), one residential solar panel outputs 546 to 874 kWh per year. An EV driven the U.S. average of 14,000 miles consumes about 4,000 kWh of electricity per year. So 4 1/2 to 7 solar panels will charge a car for a year. But, no, it would not be possible to charge a car by using solar panels mounted only on the car. But I t could supplement or get you 5-20 miles. Then again, 110VAC is more readily available than gasoline, if you’re truly stuck somewhere. You can transport or store electricity with a battery, just as you can carry gas in a can. -

You’re the one living in fiction. Trump already lost this case. Judge ruled against him. -

In other words, you’re an uneducated fool. You see, we are a nation of law. A judge applies the law. He isn’t allowed to make up law or change it. -

I can fill up a battery with electricity. Can you fill up a battery with gas? Bet you cannot! LOL! I can charge my electric car battery from an outlet in my home. Can you fill a car with gasoline from an outlet in your house? Bet you cannot! LOL! LOL! -

If Kevin O’Leery thinks that committing fraud is the only way his businesses can function, then I wouldn’t recommend investing in his businesses. New York State is the financial capital of the world. Plenty of businesses succeed in New York despite the “limitation” that they cannot commit fraud. Trump is not the first organization prosecuted under these laws by any means. They are Constitutional and sensible. Trump is a fraud and every New Yorker knows it. You can read the charging indictments and the judge’s ruling. They’re written in English. Public record.
