  5. Nature will take its course, There have always been those who are “against nature” as well. As a Canadian I tolerate them, but nothing more. I find homo sex repulsive, just as I’m sure they find hetero sex gross as well. Fair enough, you go to your private room and I’ll go to mine. This despite that the gay community was known to carry disease due to their lifestyle choices. That is, promiscuity leading to sexually transmitted disease. Only very recently was it announced that gay men could donate blood to the Red Cross. Despite that, I tolerate them. Unlike the hate coming from Mr. Trudeau in his speech about those who didn’t want to be vaccinated. It is not the forum members who are haters... it is Mr. Trudeau who hates Canada.
  6. Exactly. Me, I cherish women.
  7. You make some good points. We may end up with Justin Trudeau as PM for a long, long time. Every time the 905 dunderheads blow a joint, they thank Trudeau. They don’t give shit bout nuthin else Where is this all headed? We need to do all we can to minimize the damage Mr. Trudeau shall inflict. Use political opposition, and the courts. Reign him in, lest he take this fine nation and completely muck it up. In other words we must stand on guard for her, my friends. Don’t let Trudeauen tyranny win.
  8. So you don't approve of Sunday shopping? Or do you. Why did we implement Sunday shopping anyway? Better yet, why'd we disallow it

That's generally how Minority governments work.

Wouldn't you be thrilled if he calls a snap election right after the CPC leader is selected a la Jean Chretien and Stockwell Day.

Dunno. It's difficult to say if political underhandedness will save him this time around. A lot of people were hurt by the man and they all aren't in Alberta.

His support gets thinner everyday, and he'll have to get rid of his NDP brother before any election is called...Then both of them can get smoked at once.

  12. In my view you have no right to judge, or insist that another person should suffer the pain of a terminal illness to satisfy your personal religious beliefs. I have seen the devastation that cancer brings on people. In the final stages there is no miracle pain killer that works to the point they could have anything like a normal life. They are drugged to the point of unconsciousness. They and everyone around them know what is coming, with certainty. The experience of prolonged slow agonizing and certain death is also devastating to their loved ones. Allowing people to suffer a meaningless and agonizing death for the sake of religious idealism in a book doesn’t sound like mercy and compassion to me. It’s not like saying suffering improves character. My Jesus spoke to god, questioned and challenged god about the rights of an individual. He would allow it and not be dogmatically attached to books.
  13. But you would like to if you had that right, is that what I’m hearing?
  14. Then you lack compassion, or at least understanding what terminal illness is all about. Any god who doesnt like it will just have to put up with the fact. Sometimes death is not the worst thing there is. While I dont agree with the notion of suggestion selling death to someone to save money, I do think it is right and fair to let a person with terminal illness know their options.
  15. On the other hand if I as an elderly man choose to make my own exit, this is not a lightly made decision. In my opinion you have no right to interfere.
  16. Let me take it down another notch as it seems you are too tired to think, and old When the worlds top political leaders are using the same language that you protest as over the top, what's a poor centrist boy to do
  17. Sure no problem, except most of them are flying by at a mere 100,000 kph. How about a pie in the face?
  18. I know you want to live in an ideal world but the fact is when the US President is saying the very things you don't like people saying well that sucks what goes around comes around
  19. Quebec is now issuing their 5th booster, and recommending people get a shot every 3 months. Quebec will offer 5th dose of COVID-19 vaccine to ... Ever heard of a vaccine like that, fella? Is it any good? I think by now we can say... naah. The risk of dying from myocarditis approaches the risk of dying from covid, but is actually higher in the 20-30 age group. Doesn't mean I'm saying don't take the shot, if you want to. Fill one's boots, as it were...
  20. Or they could just be listening to what president Joe Biden said. GOP governor calls on Biden to apologize Yeah it sucks. Sorry about the piss in your cornflakes
  21. World seems to be a lot more of a shithole now than was under Trump. He might have made a difference. Instead they elected the olde guard. Same old same old, as we say around here.
  22. You mean Canada’s next PM.
  23. Didnt see where the will of the people sought an NDP coalition to consolidate his minority power. That is not democracy. not transparency. Not electoral reform. Not sunny ways.
  24. Yep. I too scratched my head when I heard about the new shot and the variants it covers. Even the coverage against omicrom had me wondering why that’s so important. In some places such as the UK they practically encouraged the public to get a case of it while it is so mild. Bottom line whether you question their safety, they don’t seem to work that well. I never heard of a vaccine needing to be injected every 2-3 months. I read that’s what they’re doing in QC. Lied about Astrazenica. Lied about the efficacy. Blood clots. Myocarditis, a symptom commonly associated with vaccine injuries in the past. Plus they’ve bypassed the long established safety protocols. It’s unconscionable. But most of the dunderheads dont know about shit like that.
