  1. Happy to see the plastic barriers being taken down at store cash registers. These store managers are truly progressive.

Like my pappy would say, “To hell mit ‘em”.  ;)

  2. Trudeau and Scholz

    goose-stepping all over N.L.

    talking about shipping hydrogen

    and LNG to Germany

    by slow boat

Can you imagine the amount of carbon

    needed to ship that carbon

in order for Germans to burn that carbon

    It boggles the mind

I mean sure Boges, we can excuse those that do not. Although the new paradigm requires that in the future they do. It is an emergency after all.

However let us not also forget history. After Fukushima the new green Germany declared it must take a completely anti-nuclear stance, and dismantled their reactors. Not because they were afraid of a Tsunami coming down the Rhine, no. But just on principle, to demonstrate their purity.

What it amounts to is Virtue signalling from the highest level, this time bringing harm unto themselves.

      In other words, Environ-Mentalism. ;)

And the world will have to pay the carbon price.

Der Liberals would prefer a world where volks are writing in their diaries while hiding in der attic.

I agree, Germany was dumb to move away from Nuclear.

And it's not really environmentalism. It's fear of the power source and governments not wanting to invest in the cost.

Right now Ontario has no back-up plans to replace the Pickering Nuclear power station with more Nuclear.

  3. Ah Richelieu at last you are exposed for the insidious traitor and murderous coward you people are
  4. We know what the issue is. The left will always choose the rights of the many, over the few. Only a wise man knows what it means to say, the rights of ghe few, or the one.
  5. I would definitely prefer to be in control of my death in such a way, rather than just wait to fall down for the last time, or lay in a bed to rot in my own filth and drool. It becomes an issue of quality of life. My lifestyle, determines my death style.
  6. No, no, and again no. Does that answer your questions?
  7. It exists in an indeterminate state until observed. So big whoopie
  8. I don’t understand why you think that’s important, but if it was, here’s what I think- We would have learned avwhole lot of scary information about viruses then too. Which reminds me of that good, auld adage by one of my mentors, L. Pasteur OftenWrong- “The only way to actually get rid of the virus, is stop looking at it.”
  9. Please cite previous years before Covid wherebpeople were encouraged and given access to take a rapid-test, any time they had a headache or sniffles. That is the most fundamental issue here, health relativism
  10. No one cares, dude. Go get spoon fed some more, if that’s what you need. Fill one’s boots
  11. Obviously Boges likes him, as does MH, I believe. So did the member named Argus. All of them just old, decrepit liberals.
  12. It is highly curious why Torontonians hold such a love for Rob and Doug. Neither had good credentials or experience in political work. Must be the attraction to criminality that is inherent to people living in big cities.
  13. I find it noteworthy how many “liberals” like Dofo, while non-liberals do not. Because of the GTA, an stuff. I put quotes around liberal, for what we have today is far from it. I am a true Canadian liberal, old school, in my well-established and cultivated sense of tolerance, mild manners and fairness. That’s a Canadian. Not at all sure about you people.
  14. I prefer giving people a prepared linky-dink, so you can see all the results. Truth must be in there somewhere, right? Go pick yer poison, fella.
  15. The Dofo swallowed a bee during a speech. Flew right down the hatch. It was probably a wasp, figured that was a good, stinky dark place to go and die. I understand they love the smell of alcohol... ;)

  16. I still don’t know what qanon is, and don’t really care. But language like that is unbecoming of a public official. Probably no one wants to be mayor out in retires-ville, so they get whatever is willing to do it. That’s right, I said whatever. Another issue is why those on the left keep bringing up fringe stuff and throwing it in other people’s faces, as though it means something.
  17. I provided the necessary link so you can do your own research. Expand your knowledge.
  18. I don’t see an end-game. Trudeau-mania is an old term, I believe. Yet it applies again. The opposition is in a constant state of leadership crisis, I don’t see that changing. Poilivierre will have a couple of years to let the public get to know him, which may be an advantage. On the other hand, Trudeau et al might call an election sooner if they feel they could win, challenging the CPC leadership again. One thorn in liberal voter’s side is they didn’t necessarily vote for NDP ideas, for which Trudeau made a deal. But in general those are liberal-socialist ideas that resonate well, with Liberal dunderheads. .... Inflation is bad, as is the supply chain. If people start to feel real financial pain, that could be held against him. .... Yrudeau is chinese puppet. Some liberals do not want to chinese puppet. Now that we gave Huawei the trudeau salute (hoorah), china retaliate Shortage medication shortage electronic shortage metal alloy and hospital supply that way china say sclew you, loundeye
  19. Police recruitment has always been a challenge. I meant now that so many officials made disparaging remarks about police, it tarnishes the image of the force. Many officers have quit. I know this is true, and it’s entirely rational. The Defund created civil harm in removing decades of effort to establish trust. Don’t believe me, fella? Here is your linky-dink. https://www.google.com/search?q=police+recruitment+challenges Today we see a rebound movement, in other words refund the police. Good luck. Was bad enough, and covid policies also made things worse. There again, we hear of police forces calling back their suspended officers,no need to prove their vaccination status. This is the damage Mr Trudeau has done with his irresponsible comments. Same in terms of the present hockey “scandal”. His condemnation without understanding the particulars, is to me yet another example where he wants to attack traditional Canadian culture. Even if these JuniorA players gang-banged someone in a hotel room, the matter was settled without going to a court. One presumes the victim accepted the deal. It is her right to privacy as well. Not the Prime Minister’s business. The PM has no business in the hotel rooms of hockey players.
  20. We have professional medical associations in this country. They are, in part what makes them medical “professionals”. Our standards apparently not as tough as the UK, but that is my recollection from a few years ago. It depends on the specific field. Given how people are graduated through the system such as interns and residents, and students who work in hospital laboratories as part of the training requirement, there is good peer review of the person as they become a professional. When someone comes in from outside, all we have is some papers. Plus there’s some fakery going on. Obviously thereneeds to be intensive vetting. It ain’t like making hamburgers all day, after all.
  21. Automatic moderation, you say? Now this shall be an interesting experiment. "Artificial" Intelligence. Heavy on the artificial... "Automatic", "Automaton" Digital morality. Man's soul reduced to Boolean mathematics. Now the trees shall all be kept equal.
  22. I would not put a "F Trudeau" sticker on my truck because, - That's bad language - I do not own a truck. Other than that though, I am ok with the idea. Metaphorically, politically speaking. If an election were held today, Trudeau would win again regardless who else is the opposition. He will be re-elected for the foreseeable future, despite anything. The evidence is already in. And by the way that kind of megalomania is much like the fanaticism that took hold in Germany in the 1930's, but for different reasons. Same methodology, using fear and media hype as manipulation techniques. That and the liberal permissiveness on the use of drugs, which, while it may reduce the violence of a drug war has other negative social effects. Doesn't seem like the motorcycle gangs mind that much. I'm talking about the people who actually run things. Far as I see they're doing alright, Jack. So that tells you where we are, under Trudeua's Canada. This man supports defunding the police. Gave it his Prime -Ministerial lip service, whatever that is worth from him. It's an affront to Canadian civility, to our officers who uphold our laws, who risk their lives. It's an affront to our military officers, soldiers and vets. Why would anyone who's a young person want to join the police these days? It was already tough enough for the forces to recruit but now that the PM makes it official... the police suck... it no longer attracts the kind of person we wish to become an officer. It only attracts people who are like thugs themselves. And now it seems the establishment is bent on attacking hockey culture. I only judge this based on the immediate attacks coming from mostly liberal outlets. Presuming, judging and tarnishing the whole of a large organization without substantiating any claims. Mr. Trudeua has weighed in on this as well. There is no sunny message from the man. No sunshine for the future of Canada, just dreadful bad news of how dreadful we are. Have been, and deserve less. Less in our public safety, less in our health care and overall wealth.
  23. Not to disagree in principle about the greatness of America, but let’s not forget that the Soviets were the first to reach Berlin. And in space, Yuri Gagarin was the first to go and claim he did not see the face of god. Furthermore “The loudest bang has not yet been heard.” (Purported Stalin quote) In other words, it’s not time for champagne just yet. There is another axis.
  24. NATO has more money, and is a stronger alliance today because of Don Trump. Jens Stoltenberg admits this. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2019/01/27/nato-chief-credits-trump/2695799002/ Now the political preppy boys, whom are favoured by the public for their celeb status, charming looks and official-sounding manners (“Il fascismo”) have something useful to work with, in the face of the assault by the ruthless neo-bolshevieken. The same limp-dicks, who gave nothin before. All thanks to Trump...
