  1. What has happened to her is a personal tragedy, but it also exposes the level of fear and anger coming from the Fed. I understand some of the charges were laid retroactively, in other words were not a crime at the time they were committed. It weighs on my conscience, as a Canadian. At the very least this case should be brought to the courts immediately. However that may not be in the government's interest. They probably do not have a solid case. Much as we are seeing in other areas, what the government did under the guise of safety from covid was illegal and they know it.
  2. Thanks for posting this. I never fully knew what a good and wise man Ryerson was. This incident has me wondering what the point was to change the name. It does nothing to help natives facing real problems today. More of a distraction... about as useful as putting up a sign or slogan, while people live in squallor. But hey, as long as it makes white liberals feel better. What do the natives think of it? Nobody gives sh*t .
  3. You sound like you're getting impatient with JT as well, Boges. Why don't you liberals admit it, you don't like what you see either. Come clean for once. This man is an incompetent jackass, and jackass is the best word for him. By that I mean, one who is both naive and flippant. Callous, arrogant, and a liar. But he's also dangerous because he is such an empowered jackass. I can give policy reasons, it hardly matters. Like someone recently said leadership is not a political party or even a platform, it's an individual with attitude and vision. I would even take another Liberal as PM over JT. It's not that I oppose liberalism carte-blanche. Canada is a liberal country and I have felt proud of it in the past, but not since JT took over. His mission is to bring shame on Canada, to make Canadians feel ashamed of their country. In order to make Canada a post-national state, you have to kill the culture. To do that you have to make young Canadians hate the country. Hate its history, hate the great people of its past, by telling deceptive half-truths, and by using his bully pulpit and big spending to send out that divisive message across the country. Trudeau is in fact a hate-mongerer, which is entirely un-Canadian, making him the most un-Canadian prime minister of all time.
  4. No need to explain more clearly. It's not that I don't get you, I do not agree that government can efficiently achieve results, independently of the actions of citizens. That should not be the role of government, in most if not all cases.
  5. That is simply a product that was removed from the market. It’s not an activity, like sorting trash or reducing power consumption.
  6. No he is not right, because we do not need that level of authoritarianism to get things done. Yet he ties it to environmentalism, as though a dictatorship is the only way ti get things done. In fact it’s a bald-faced lie. US experience demonstrates that. The government does not lead. The government provides services and resources.
  7. With your rebuttal #1, that's exactly the kind of obfuscation the communists want you to believe. One person should not have all the say. Communism proves it, since most people in our country or in the USA want to do more to protect the environment. They can't do that if dear leader doesn't say so. The difference between USA and China in their approach is crustal clear. You might want to learn more about what is being discussed here, before attempting to muddy the waters. Here is the famous quote that Mr. Trudeau said about China: Link “There’s a level of admiration I actually have for China. Their basic dictatorship is actually allowing them to turn their economy around on a dime and say, ‘We need to go green, we want to start investing in solar’.” He was lying of course. China is not going green or solar. They are going nuclear, but Mr. Trudeau does not like to talk about that. After Trudeau became prime minister in 2015, that view was reflected in then environment minister Catherine McKenna, repeatedly, unctuously and absurdly praising coal-powered China as a climate change leader.
  8. Those jobs led to much greater creature-comforts for all, improvements in health and commensurate population explosion. But we have gone too far. If we believe what climate scientists say, the world go to hell in a handbasket in a mere few decades. We have known this for the last few decades but so-called leaders could not come to a realistic agreement that anyone would actually stick to. If you people think communism is somehow a solution to this, well look at China. Complete power and government oversight. Biggest polluter in the world, blah blah blah. Meanwhile the US was able to reduce its emissions within their own system, voluntarily. That's why one should give credit where it's due. The history of communism speaks for itself. Never mind the bollocks.

  10. It seems to me there has to be a cost, as we have been raping and pillaging the natural “resources” too much. Natural resources are for free and we take them for nothing. We give back to the environment nothing. Greed being always the common denominator. Multiplied by stupidity over time, you get today. So is there gonna be a price? Oh my yes. Someone’s gonna have to pay. Just look around. By letting things rot and decay naturally, you’re already paying.
  11. Those are all just distractions, keeping you peopled mystified and at one another’s throats. And doing quite nicely, I see. Already explained what happened about technology before. I preach history, not teach it.
  12. “Never let a crisis go to waste”. Or waist, for that matter. But that’s how they kill you these days. Softly. Way I see it, the cost of our extravagance due to industrialization has finally come due. It’s time to pay the piper, whatever that means. There is no way we humans will cooperate to eliminate our dependence on tech, or reduce our energy consumption (evidence is the past 40 years of history) it must be done by other means. IE forced upon us. Just as barn animals must be herded. Communism inserts itself into the dialogue, by creating a false crisis for which it appears to be the only solution. That is how it poisons our youth, by diverting their attention to a false dichotomy. For example in environmentalism, the government acts as though citizens must be compelled to reduce pollution and waste by force. Reality shows otherwise. While most citizens will sort the hazardous waste from their trash, there are not enough resources to handle it. The government would rather empower themselves, and go after citizens.
  13. The law has agreed with Pawlowski. The government broke the law. This article describes the shocking treatment he received, which can only be explained as someone going out of their way to give him the most punishment. Alberta Court of Appeals rules in favour of Pastor Artur Pawlowski, orders AHS reimburse fines "Now, the Alberta Court of Appeal ruled that the injunction against him, his arrest, his jail time, the censorship order and fines against him were illegal." Read it all and weep, sweetheart. Or should I perhaps say, Frau Ilsa. You'll find the part at the very bottom the most interesting, the part where they put him in a remand center. ETA: I hope he sues the goddam frig out of Canada.
  14. They still are a “superpower”, if having nukes defines that, among other things like military and economic status. Brexit is about short term pain and long term gain. They will ride it out and become stronger in the long run than had they stayed in.
  15. You make it sound like there's no way a country can exist without embracing your blessed globalismus, Perhaps you forgot that the UK is a superpower, and was in fact the most powerful nation in the world not so very long ago. They didn't get that way by depending on countries like France, or the Germans. Who the heck would trust the Germans anyway. So stupid, it hurts. Better stand back because she's going down, it's a quagmire. A long cold winter is coming. Germans have chosen to deal with the devil, and will continue to pay Russia for their natural gas. Let them own their destiny, which was made by their choice through self-determination. "One need only slit open the belly of the beast, then stand back and watch it eat its own guts out." we are well into Orwellian world Canada at this point

the entire Canadian media acting as propagandists for a de facto one party state

it's exactly like Pravda & TASS from the Soviet Union

I don't even recognize the Canadian Forces anymore

the government executing Stalinist purges of the chain of command

the bizarre edicts imposed on the military from the government

they say the purpose of the CF is to "fight systemic racism & misogyny" ?

this is totalitarian bizzaro world, right out of Kafka or Solzhenitsyn

we are also witnessing the stark difference between the American constitution

      and the Canada Act 1982

all of this lunacy is emanating from the Democrat Party in America

but in America, they are consistently being overruled by the judiciary

in America, there are alternate media sources, wiping the legacy media out

in America, there is fierce resistance in the face of this totarianism

      but in Canada, nothing

in Canada, the judiciary, the prosecutors, the police, the military

it's all in the pockets of this lunatic state

the government  simply invokes Section One of the Charter

to negate every other Section after

we literally have no rights, and every institution in Canada goes along with that

in terms of Justin Trudeau ?

he appears to me to be a literal pathological lying psychopath

      he's knows he is lying

      you know he is lying

he knows that you know that he is lying

      but that's the whole point

that is how a totalitarian cult of the personality works

that is how it is in China

that is how it is in Russia

Trudeau is knowingly and deliberately trying to incite a civil conflict

pitting Canadians against each other with malice

this is the behaviour of a malevolent manipulative personality disorder

  19. Far as I know it’s not allowed, but on a federal level, not the forum. I ain’t no lawyer but I think there’s certain sections of anti hate-speech laws that cover questioning the holocaust. Or something No need to prove nuttin see ernst zuddel
  20. Why not politicize it, eh?
  21. That should be obvious, except to those who are led around by the nose.

  23. Zelensky calls Trudeau a “Manifestation of weakness”. Link Read: coward. “There can be no doubt that Russia will try not just to limit as much as possible, but to completely shut down the supply of gas to Europe at the most acute moment. Against such a background, it's just a shame to see people lacking the courage to honestly deal with one turbine." Manifestation of weakness. I like that. I like how the Ukrainian language works.
