There are documents that you can go through to show some of the problems but you have to remember it's not just a residence. Foreign dignitaries will be entertained there, events will be held there. As the topic of immigration continues to heat up, I'm often reminded of how brilliant our founders were when they introduced the Naturalization Act of 1790.
