Reg Volk Posted March 27 Report Posted March 27 The NDP was supposed to be the party for the working man, but instead they embraced the climate death-cult hoax, and destroyed their party, as you can't represent the working man, and also promote shutting down the economy because of an apocalyptic fairy tale. A house divided against itself cannot stand, and the NDP are perfect examples of this. So when the NDP finally dies, where does the small lunatic fringe of Avi Lewis lovers go? To the Greens? The NDP had one job - keep the horrid and evil Liberals from having a majority. And they can't even do that. What total losers and wastes of skin these people are. 2 Quote As Democrat and Liberal governments fall, Republicans and Conservatives come to the rescue.
Army Guy Posted March 27 Report Posted March 27 (edited) Hard to kill the NDP, they are killing themselves, i mean might as well be the rhino party. Ands as much as i disliked Jagmit Sing he was light years ahead of all these turds in a bucket, what does amaze me is Canadians actually vote for these clowns with their new direction and plans for Canada....I mean one guy does not even own a suit and tie...WTF... Edited March 27 by Army Guy Quote We, the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have now done so much for so long with so little, we are now capable of doing anything with nothing.

It seems simple enough, there's no one else worth voting for so why not have some fun along the way? It seems like the political equivalent of celebrating in the face of an apocalypse. Maybe it'll spill out into the street the way the Freakers Ball in the Big Conservative Tent has. herbie Posted March 27 Report Posted March 27 Good God the opinions of those who would never ineir life even consider voting NDP aren't worth shit. The ideals of the Party still exist, they are every bit as valid and attainable as ever and the base is there. However most of it can comprehend the facts that now is not the time to implement very many of those fundamental goals. Things must be fixed nationally and the focus is achieve some of those fixes by assisting those who can and not those who will FUBAR the country with their wrecking ball of sellouts, lies and slogans. Should that mean only voting NDP in ridings where thay are the main contender to the Cons and ending up with only 5 MPs, so be it. Should it mean holding their nose and voting Lib next time around, so be that too. So long as in the end the pustulent MapleMAGAs, wealthy elite and racist scum rot and fall off the Tory bandwagon, Quote

The so called no pipeline act (Impact Assessment Act (IAA) and the Canadian Energy Regulator Act (CERA)) and the no oil tanker bans. You mentioned 2 LAWS. AI Laws are broad, legally binding rules enacted by legislative bodies (parliament/congress) to establish rights and obligations. Regulations are detailed, technical rules created by executive agencies or departments under authority given by a law to implement, enforce, or explain that law in detail. So what regulations would you do away with? - Construction and fire codes? -Setbacks from waterways for industries? -Safety regulations that save worker's lives? -Runoff and tailing ponds regulations that protect irrigation and drinking water? -Food ingredients? -You want to bring back flammable baby clothes? -Transportation regulations? Road, rail, and aviation? -Top countries for high, effective regulatory enforcement include Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Germany. And yet they're among the most efficient and happiest nations. Singapore! When you start looking at regulations you find they are there for good reasons,: safety and improvement. Quote

Or were you thinking they'd vote against them just because they didn't, like PP and his obstructionists? Think about the party that spent years doing nothing but attempting to topple the govt by any and every means possible and how badly lt LOST. Keep wondering why the DIppers all went Lib some more.... CdnFox Posted March 29 Report Posted March 29 13 hours ago, Barquentine said: You mentioned 2 LAWS. Two acts of parliament that comprise a massive number of laws as well as substantial separate regulations which are enabled by the acts. Yes 13 hours ago, Barquentine said: Laws are broad, legally binding rules enacted by legislative bodies (parliament/congress) to establish rights and obligations. Uh huh. 13 hours ago, Barquentine said: So what regulations would you do away with? I just named two laws. Why don't you address those? Did you just realize you were wrong and now you're desperately trying to change the channel? By the way regulations are different than laws. An act of parliament, sometimes casually referred to as a law, enables the regulations. So there you go. You can't even do what deal with the two I presented without freaking out I guess that's your little way of admitting defeat but kind of childish if you ask me Quote "That which doesn't kill me... You can't even do what deal with the two I presented without freaking out Except I already did answer about those 2 laws. They will be amended or dropped when private industry steps up for projects. But you couldn't answer my question about what regulations to ditch. You just parroted yourself about "TWO Laws", claimed some kind of childish victory and and ended with your usual Grade 3 insults. I'll give you one more chance: What REGULATIONS would you do away with? Quote
John Stone Posted March 29 Report Posted March 29 Within the Party, Jagmeet Singh was once hailed as a historic figure for being the first person of an ethnic minority to lead a major Canadian party. Some have suggested he was elected Leader not in spite of his cultural roots but because of his cultural roots ........ soooooooo NDP idealism............ akin to Justin? One thing is for sure, the Party strategy or Singh's own personal views managed to make him one of the biggest political failures in Canadian political history. Forging a coalition with the Left was a disastrous mistake. Tommy Douglas must be turning in his grave. Quote

Some get a degree of health care if they happen to be among the number that get a family doctor. Millions of others have no family doctor and little chance of ever getting one. Millions wait on waiting lists for ages for specialized care. Thousands never get it in time and die on waiting lists every year. Some "universal care". More like universal lack of care. So much for Canadian Socialism. Edited March 29 by blackbird Quote
