The president isn’t supposed to do that for obvious reasons. America was founded to do away with arbitrary measures of that sort.

The democrats threw that out the window. The democrats are taking a lot of things you're not supposed to do and made them common practice now.

And while that was happening myself and many others screamed to the High Heavens for the democrats not to do it for the last reason that once that door was open it could not be closed and others would walk through it and they would not be happy.

Suggesting at this point that trump should put the genie back in the bottle is absolutely ridiculous. So what you should really be talking about is how the democrats can resolve the problem when they get back into power instead of making it worse. They started it and they can finish it.

Let the case get to court and see what happens.  Regardless of that the fact that the president of the US is targeting political rivals for his self-serving retribution and the DOJ gladly complying is an embarrassment to both the justice system and the country. A total embarrassment...

A grand jury found that there was enough evidence to indict.  No embarrassment at all.  Cry harder.

There would be no need for retribution if lefties didnt decide to use lawfare against conservatives

Yup, I watched it in awe. The most common question at closing time is... "do you really want what you seem to be asking for?

Here's one of her posts to X that hasn't aged well:

"Roses are red. Violets are blue. No one is above the law. Even when you think the rules don’t apply to you. Happy Valentine’s Day!" James posted on X in February 2024,

It seems pretty simple to me, she signed it or she didn't, it was her primary residence or it wasn't, and you're above the law or you ain't.

Funny how opinions change when the stitches required for reality bites are being sewn into your own a$$.

Trump actually ordered this prosecution to happen. You cannot get more blatant than that when it comes to interference. I can assure you that such outrageous misconduct will be brought up by the attorneys for both James and Comey.

They absolutely will, and probably set a record for number of vindictive prosecution dismissals in the same month.

Sour grapes all around from the usual suspects.

LMAO. Only 2 of the 3 Comey indictments succeeded and by only 1 vote above the minimum.

That is a woefully POOR result from a GJ. But you probably don't know that.

It wasn't so gladly. Even Blondi knows the cases are turds.

Does not matter if any of the indictments succeed.

Comey not only thinks he's the smartest person in the room, he thinks he's the holiest.

Being dragged through the mud will be punishment in itself. Same with the arrogant James woman who ran for office on a "I will get Trump ticket"

Yes, and the Democrats should too when they’re back in power, right? Because if their prosecution was political before, that means it no longer matters and it’s fine, right?

Well, they got multiple convictions. Let’s see if you can pull that off. But I’m just noting that you now outright approve of using the government to go after political enemies, so the Democrats shouldn’t have to pretend otherwise anymore. You’re okay with that, right? There’s no low too low for you?

Already did last time they're in power. That's why this is happening

They can choose to do that next time they're in power but then it just gets worse when they get out of power again

Do what? You get a little incoherent and hard to follow as your emotional state crumbles.  Do you mean if the dems continue to make things worse that they started? Or that the republicans crush them harder when they get back in? or what.

Use your words, remember that WE can't hear the voices in your head

We’re talking about using the power of government to go after political enemies. You guys are saying that because you felt the Democrats did that with Trump’s obvious crimes, you have no problem with this becoming the norm for both parties in the future.

I think you like to pretend you don’t know what’s going on when you don’t like the question, although you do seem to be about 90 years old, so maybe that’s it.

You mean like Biden did?

This case is far more cut and dry than the Trump case. For starters, the value of a property is subjective. Saying he over valued it is fine. The bank knew what the value was and didn't care.

What she did is very finite and provable. She claimed that both her homes were her primary home with the presumed intent to save money on taxes (I thought Dems wanted the rich to pay their fair share??). If it was you or I, we could argue ignorance, but she has the qualifications that prohibit her from claiming ignorance. She will be found guilty unless a jury considers political affiliation rather than the facts.

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

Yes, you claim Biden did that so that makes it okay for future presidents or just Republican ones?

Now we never said anything of the kind and once again you have to lie to try and make your point.

What we have said is that you cannot complain about what the republicans are doing now because you didn't complain when the democrats were doing it before. And that it is reasonable and justified if the democrats are going to do it that the republicans will do it as well.

When the democrats get in power again they'll have a choice. They can continue the cycle or they can admit that it's not a good thing to do and stop it and re-establish the idea that this kind of thing is just too banana republic

Or they can continue and make things worse and when the republicans get in it will once again be looking for payback plus a little extra.

So again your question made no sense and again despite me asking you to clarify it specifically you chose not to.

Like I said, as the day goes on you get to be made more and more the fool and You get harder and harder to understand and follow. Try and remember your English

You think that because it's the kind of Cheap Trick you might pull, but for a normal intelligent people asking for clarity is a normal thing especially when the person you're asking is an incoherent twat

I'll take that as a request to preserve the ability to continue to whine like a victim the next time a Republican gets charged with anything.

I am saying that it is being extremely hypocritical to not speak out against Biden prosecuting Trump for using a subjective value that the banks were ok with but attacking Trump for a very cut and dry prosecution.

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?
