I probably trust 'left wing lunatics' as much as you trust 'right wing lunatics'.  There does seem to be a bipartisan acknowledgement for many though to get to truth once and for all. Trump is the one who used this rhetoric during his campaign and is being held to that by some of his base of supporters, as well as those on the opposite side.

You don't actually.  You've been demanding it for several posts.  Many people have brought up the risk to innocent people and you still demand the files be released. 

And no, the police have access to those files. They're the ones who CREATED the files. They can still look at them now.  So the people who chase bad guys have access to the info already, there need be no additional transparency unless charges are laid and then ONLY with evidence pertaining to that.

What if she said she could provide solid evidence against 20 people who knowingly helped with their underage sex or who paid them money for underage kids to have sex with?  Or how about 50?  Would that be worth a pardon to go after that many sex offenders?  maybe?

So...who was he catering to at his places? People who wanted to "wash" arms sales funds.

Sounds like some authorities thought they might be able to work a deal with her to get medicinal information move was part of that I'm sure considering it was happening at the same time as the negotiations. But it sounds like negotiations broke down for now over the issue of how much information she had versus how much immunity she wanted. So it's like there's still talking about it but I haven't reached an agreement yet.

This is pretty normal, and bad guys generally try and negotiate reduced sentences or better conditions in exchange for important information. The challenge for the prosecutors is always the same, how do you know the information you're getting will be worth what you're paying, and negotiations can often take a while

Part of any of this made you think that an excuse was necessary for anybody? This is like one of the mill business
