Claims it was small donations.

But we know there are investigations into these groups who were taking large sums of cash and dividing it into smaller donations to meet FEC standards while using phony names.

Sad

So you agree, you just don't like calling him a commie :) Sounds like we can at least agree that he's a corrupt bought and paid for (insert far right socialist term you prefer here).

Thanks for admitting you're senile. Now it's clear WHY you never post ANYTHING OF SUBSTANCE.

What a bunch of baloney.  He is the last guy in Washington to be bought and paid for. Trump would be the first. And most Republicans would be close behind

You want to talk about something substantial getting posted you should try my aunt's christmas fruitcake! You can build housing with those things.

Actually now that I think about it a fruitcake would be a perfect gift for robosmith :)

I believe he prefers pudding but he does look like a bit of a baloney kind of guy now that you mention it

Bernie? I think you need to read a little bit about his history. Also picking that fight in a thread about a story involving him being bought out by Big Oil is a bold move :)

Funny to see right wing dopes attack Bernie Sanders to defend the elderly failson of a wealthy American political dynasty whose life's achievements consist of sexually assaulting his kid's babysitter, cheating on his wife so many times it drove  her to suicide, putting live animals in blenders, causing a measles outbreak in Samoa that killed dozens of small children, collecting roadkill, and taking vast amounts of steroids.

I know that communism sounds sexy to young, uneducated, unintelligent, rubes like yourself, but it's actually a quite selfish and destructive force, and people as old as Bernie Sanders, Wes Walz and Patrisse Cullors should know that by now.

^FALSE EQUIVALENCY.

You're OBVIOUSLY COMPLETELY IGNORANT about Sanders. Congrats on exposing that FACT.

Very strange that a guy who is supposed to be in Pharma's pocket is fighting them tooth and nail. LMAO

IOW the OP is FOS.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., took a shot at lobbyists for the pharmaceutical industry for blocking progress on a "human infrastructure" bill, particularly on a provision that would allow Medicare to negotiate drug prices.

During an Oct. 3 interview on NBC’s "Meet the Press," Sanders attacked drugmakers for spending lavishly to lobby Congress to fight an idea that polls have found is overwhelmingly popular.

"The time is now for us to stand up to powerful special interests who are currently spending hundreds of millions of dollars trying to prevent us from doing what the American people want," Sanders said. "We want to lower, substantially, prescription drug costs in this country, so we're not paying 10 times more for certain drugs than Canada and other countries. And the pharmaceutical industry has 1,400 lobbyists on Capitol Hill right now trying to stop us."

He's not fighting them he's fighting their lobbyists. The lobbyists are actually competition for him. He wants to be big farmers only access to the government

From the Daily Mail, no friend of Sanders:

During the 2020 election cycle, records show President Joe Biden received the most money from people connected to the pharmaceutical and/or health products industries, at $13million.

President Donald Trump received the second most at $6.9million and Sen Sanders received the third most at $1.4million, making him the highest recipient of money from that group of any sitting member of Congress that year.

Quote

However, Sen Sanders insisted he did not receive money from the pharma companies themselves or any of their related PACs.

Rather, the $1.4million came from small donations made by employees of those companies and those people's immediate families, and while the donors are associated with pharma companies, the money did not come from the companies themselves.

Quote

He also highlighted the $1.5million was small compared to the $200million he received overall in donations during that campaign.

Gated mansion? LMAO

There is NO GATE nor fence around their SF house, and you would know that if you watched any news that covered the David Depape hammer attack on  Paul Pelosi.

They probably didn't show that on FOS LIES or you would know.

He's not running for president. Of course the two presidential candidates are going to get more. But he's the number one for senators.

He pulls in big bucks from big Pharma and he's trying to hide it because it's embarrassing
