Unfortunate but good French is a necessity and being from BC she's probably like me, the only francophone I ever met was the High School French teacher until I was like 35. She completely shot herself in the foot in the worst way with that CBC interview where she pretended she had never joined the conservative party and then demanded that they prove that she had whereupon they did exactly that and she was forced to explain that she misunderstood or there was some confusion or the like. In a campaign like this, if you're explaining something you're losing. She's realized at that point that spending the 350 grand would be a waste of money 1 Quote
