I'm sorry but that's a lie. What the judge said was that based on her testimony her casual use of the word was not radically inappropriate even tho it might not be technically and she could say that without it being defamation. It was a defamation trial it had nothing to do with him being charged with anything. He was suing her, not the other way around. The judge was not attempting to determine if the "rape" happened. 

And I posted in reply that what he was actually charged with was sexual abuse, not rape.  

So again, what rape did he commit that he's been convicted of?

I know you don't like facts, but i can't help you otherwise.

Not really, none of them have actually accused him of rape as part of their court case or looked for criminal charges for that. They've only ever said it publicly but they've never actually pursued it.

But I'm sure you'll get around to posting that rape case I hadn't heard about where he's actually on charges or being accused of rape either in criminal or civil court.

Well I was wandering the streets of San Francisco one pleasant evening...and at some point Kamala jumped out of a bush and yelled 'let me lock your feet!'. I said no thanks, I don't want my feet locked. She pulled out a machete with kitten engravings on the blade and said 'if I can't lick your feet then you are gonna have to die!'. And I thought gosh, I don't want to die. So then *sob* I let her lock my feet. I still have nightmares about it. I have to tie my shoes so tight now that it makes my feet numb. It ruined my life.

I'm so sorry to hear that. But that's not a cite. When did you come forward publicly, as all of Trump's accusers did? 

For (just one) example, Stacey Williams is an identifiable person who was a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model who once dated Jeffrey Epstein. There are specific, verifiable times and places where she was present with both Trump and Epstein. During one of these times, she says Trump groped her. 

You, on the other hand, appear to not have her credibility or bravery. You should step forward with your allegations like her if you want to be taken seriously. That's just how it works.

Unless, of course you're just a poor liar who doesn't understand what's going on to such an extent you think your story and hers are equally credible.

So if you're ruling out all the things I brought up where people have said there's an issue but can't remember all the details or can't prove it then what we're left with is what we can prove in court.

And the court has never once actually found him guilty of rape. In fact they were very expressively clear when he was on trial that it was not for rape. He has never been charged either criminally or civilly.

I feel like the question was rape isn't any efforts to change the point which is that he raped people.
