I'd be filing a harassment suit against every single one that hasn't been killed by AIDS.

Those who participated in this institutional kidnapping should be jailed for human rights abuses

This went as it should. No one has the right to enslave others to do things against their will just because.

The Rules for Liberal tactics:

  1. If they can't refute the content, attack the source.
  2. If they can't refute the content, attack the poster.
  3. If 1 and 2 fail, pretend it never happened.
  4. Everyone you disagree with is Hitler.
  5. A word is defined by the emotion it elicits and not the actual definition.
  6. If they are wrong, blame the opponent.
  7. If a liberal policy didn't work, it's a conservatives fault and vice versa.
  8. If all else fails, just be angry.

Now that the system worked for you, do you still think it's infiltrated by communists ? or that the system is so "whacked out" ?

Or... now that your side won one the system is ok after all ?

This is my problem with hyperbolic statements and hyperbolic posters... no perspective...

wait a minute:

Quote

Although the court did not rule on the constitutionality of the case, the lawsuit was dismissed. According to the court, the plaintiff did not file the lawsuit properly.

“We granted certiorari to determine, among other issues, whether [the attorney] properly filed [this] case,” the Colorado Supreme Court wrote in its opinion. “We conclude that [the attorney] did not.”

Do you think a person should have to wait a 6th of their life with frivolous charges hanging over their head?

You sitting here saying the system worked is a hyberolic statement.

Having to fight for 12 years through the legal system to get to the State Supreme Court is not a system that worked, it is a system that you had to fight for 12 years to finally get to a level that had some sanity.

A system that worked would never have passed the convoluted laws they did in the first place that allowed for this kind of legal harassment of this man.

And the kicker is that it was thrown out on a technicality, not on the merit... so no, this is not the system working at all.

It did take way to long. It should have been dismissed off hand.

Exactly. Right on point

I've been reading recently about "institutional kidnapping" in banana Republics. It's not that far off from what the whackos coming out of the Marxists coming out of law schools are doing in the US.

Kamala Harris is one of those whackos. If she gets it look out.

If I was the gay couple in this case.. I simply would have went elsewhere. The bottom line enacts social changes more than slacktivism.

But that is not good enough for folks like them and Hodad on here. They insist we must use the force of government to compel people and then they call it "tolerance"

They operate on the principle that if it happens once then it will happen again and get worse.. .slippery slope and all that. I can see how in some instances they are correct. However, this took place in a highly populated area and the gay couple did have options. now, were those options what they wanted? No. The quality of the options is of no relevance as long as the options exist.

What a load of codswallop.

I once owned a small Korean car that had a gay horn. It never bothered me.

You happy now?

I wonder why the system allowed him to be harassed for 10 years!

Yes! It took 10 years to conclude what we all know is true. Your opinions shouldn't  compel me to act against my conscience. Only ldiots and demented ideologues believe they should.

He has already run away from the absurd comment. Like he usually does.

Since yours is, as usual, the only thoughtful post in a soup of blech... May I ask you if civil rights legislation from the 1960s from LBJ is unprincipled, in your opinion?

I will take this as you admit that your posts here have been nothing more than contributing to that soup of blech.
