So what about the 5,000?  That would have happened the first day anyway and then Biden could have immediately sent all the illegals back. Instead, Trump tanked the bill and the illegals flooded in… and there’s nothing Biden can LEGALLY do about it.

That bill allows for a 7-day rolling average of 5,000 encounters per day, or 8,500 encounters in a single day.

Last December there were 8333 illegals "encountered" per day.
