Minnesota and Tampon Timmy passed a late term abortion law. The law also ended the reporting requirements if the baby was born, still alive, and the staff let it die or aborted it if there was an attempted abortion that caused the birth.

Again, that's not a video of someone trying to get an abortion at 34 weeks.

That's a video of an activist calling someone she claims is an abortion provider and pretending to be pregnant. It's a performance.

That said, some late abortions do occur past 21 weeks. They represent 0.9% of all abortions.

Aborting a pregnancy inside the womb is not the same as delivering a baby and then killing it. 

Under Roe v. Wade, states could outlaw abortions in the third trimester. So if that is what concerns you, there was no reason to overturn Roe v Wade.

As for third trimester abortions, they are extremely rare and doctors don’t perform them on-demand, as a form of birth control, They perform them only when there is medical justification for doing so, and I do not support on-demand third trimester abortions without medical justification as determined by a woman and her licensed physician.

This is apparently allowed in at least 8 states.  And Kamala wants a national abortion policy which she doesn't define yet the most liberal have no restrictions which would suggest that's her plan. 

ABC intentionally misled and lied to the audience.

So what? No one is going into an abortion clinic six weeks before their due date and saying "you know what I changed my mind, get this thing out of here" and no doctor would perform that procedure without there being some health issues involved.
