The jury was given bad instructions by the Judge and the law they were told was broken was a contortion. A Jury operates in the framework they are given.

  3. If 1 and 2 fail, pretend it never happened.
  4. Everyone you disagree with is Hitler.
  5. A word is defined by the emotion it elicits and not the actual definition.

Last I checked, there is Noone black running for President. Harris is mixed. She's not black. She's not Asian. She's mixed. Mixed is fine. Its all meaningless any way. The real and only problem is her policies.
