Don't know where you got that bullshit. I'm Canadian and less than ten lbs overweight, sometimes only five  according to my BMI and every doctor I have had tells me to push the table away.

We aren't that great but nowhere near as bad as our southern neighbours. We also have 4 year greater life expectancy than the US.
