When rights conflict they usually tend to side with minority or marginalized groups which is not a bad thing in my opinion. Maybe it is time for change. Men are physically stronger (and so is a gorilla) but that doesn't make them better governors or decision makers. We already have a socialist government whose focus on, equity, compassion, diversity and reconciliation created the current mess. These female characteristics are essential to a family environment, but disastrous when applied to society at large. In humans long history there is not a single example of a successful matriarchy and those that have managed to survive all stagnated at a stone age level.
