Wait… so Trump’s “great accomplishment” was $250M/year in funding for historically black colleges?  That’s his “great accomplishment?”

Cause the article you linked to merely says that he’d “restored funding” to those schools which had lapsed 90 days prior.  So what Trump actually did was cut existing funding for 90 days. Not a great accomplishment at all.  And it’s all taxpayer dollars. He didn’t pay for it at all, he just tacked it onto the trillions of dollars of record-setting deficit he racked up.
