1. Shokin was not investigating Burisma- had shelved the investigation and actively sabotaged the UK investigation.

2. For these reasons (and others) there was broad, international consensus that Shokin was corrupt.

3. Per Archer's testimony, not only could Hunter not influence Joe, but Joe did the opposite of what Burisma wanted.

 

What is so crazy about you conspiracy kooks is that the western world broadly understood Shokin to be corrupt, US Republicans included. Joe Biden was sent to apply pressure in service of US and allied objectives. You don't like Joe Biden, so suddenly and magically you claim that Shokin was not corrupt, and everyone else is. Fix your brain.

Seems like it's the Giuliani effect. He was in Ukraine trying to dig up dirt on Joe for the campaign and got Shokin to tell some LIES about the investigation still being active to help out Rudy and Trump.

Everyone else in Ukraine said the OPPOSITE; the investigation was DORMANT.

Here's the truth: that laptop's contents were legally protected confidential according to Delaware law and leaked to the press ILLEGALLY by Rudy.

According to The Guardian article, the UK's SFO froze 23M pounds in one of its banks, as illegally acquired during Yanukovich's admin, when Zlochevsky, who was a Minister and the owner of Burisma, tried to transfer that money to a tax haven in Cypress.

Zlochevsky sued to get the money unfrozen, and the SFO had to make a case for keeping the money frozen so it could be returned to the Ukraine government. As part of the case, the SFO tried to get documentation from the Ukraine's prosecutor's office to support the freezing but could get no cooperation. Shokin was the top prosecutor who was the obstacle blocking the documentation release and was "under control" of Zlochevsky and Burisma, until Joe Biden got Ukrainian President Poroshenko to fire him.

So the upshot is, Joe Biden was helping Ukraine to recover money allegedly stolen by Zlochevsky during his tenure as an energy Minister under Yanukovych. Shokin was stone walling the release of documentation to support SFO freezing the money. Because the documentation was never released, the Judge in the SFO case released the frozen allegedly stolen funds to Zlochevsky.

IF Hunter was trying to help Burisma through Joe Biden, it didn't work. And Archer testified that Hunter exerted NO INFLUENCE over Joe.

Actually there is evidence biden committed a crime. A business associate of hunter said biden was getting payments and provided emails demonstrating the fact.  The emails referred to biden by another term "the big guy' or something, but the associate swore they were all aware that was biden. 

There are other reports as well.

And just a reminder - biden had classified documents at his home as well,  and your statement that trump stole them is innacurate - nobody's even accused him of stealing them.  They just say he didn't return them when asked to as required.

 

So once again  - you feel the need to lie entirely about the situation to make your point.

IF you have to lie to make a point, it's probably not a very good point.
