Rebound
The number of charges which will soon be filed against Donald Trump pertaining to document retention is going to be jaw-dropping. He illegally retained over 13,000 documents, repeatedly lied to both the Federal government, his own lawyers, and the public about the retention of the documents, and now it's come out that he deliberately had the documents moved to keep his own lawyers from finding them. He deliberately failed to respond to Federal court orders demanding return of the documents. His lawyer took detailed notes of a conversation with Trump in which Trump asked if he needed to comply with the court order, and the lawyer told him yes, he had to. He's also on tape stating that he had possession of classified documents which, he said, he could not declassify, pertaining to a US military invasion of Iran. Here is the list of crimes for which Trump will very likely be charged in the next week or two. He will not be able to appeal his way out of this, he is going to face prison time. Note that there is not actually a US Federal Law which pertains to whether a document is "classified" or not. You can look up the Federal statutes listed below for yourself. No matter how you try to twist this, Donald Trump has broken these laws and he will be charged and convicted. Obstruction Obstruction of Justice (18 USC 1519) Criminal Contempt (18 USC 402) False Statements to Federal Investigators (18 USC 1001) Mishandling of Documents Retention of National Defense Information (18 USC 793(3)) Concealing of Government Records (18 USC 2071) Conversion of Government Property (18 USC 641) 1

Trump is going to serve his SECOND term, the one he EARNED on election night and what was robbed of him by the Nazis. THIS is the criminal who deserves prison. 1 1

It would have all blown over by now. 1
WestCanMan
The title needs to be changed to "The dumbest guy on the internet thinks that Trump is going to prison" or something similar. There's nothing in the OP that says that Trump has been found guilty of anything.

I have a better idea: Why don’t you grow the F up and read the law? Because if you tried reading, and learning, you’d know why Pence and Biden did not break the law, but Trump did. Or, wallow in remaining a mooron.

Laws are passed by Congress. They are written down. READ THEM, M0R0N! How hard is that? Instead, you make shlt up and think, "Oh, this SEEMS like it should be illegal, so I'll ASSUME it is." These laws are not long. You can read it and then be an educated person instead of talking like an ldiot. Here: 18 Code 793 f: "Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer— Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both." So MAYBE you can figure why it is I say you are being so mind-numbingly ignorant. THAT ABOVE IS THE WRITTEN LAW. Can you see the following: 1) IT DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT CLASSIFIED. It doesn't say anything special about the President. Does it? Does it say "President can declassify"? No. Because Federal Law clearly states that whether something is classified or not is irrelevant. BUT it also says that it is only a crime if the person who has the material failed to report it... and Biden and Pence both reported the material as soon as they knew about it. Right back at ya, stupid. Yes, the president does have the legal authority to declassify anything he wants and it's not in that statute because, guess what dummy..... once something is declassified that statute no longer applies to it. The difference between Trump, Pence, and Biden when he was the VP is that as president, Trump had the authority to declassify anything that he wanted. Biden and Pence didn't. It's a slight difference because he didn't formally declassify those docs (with the "NUKULAR SEEKRITS!" according to leftard news lol), but the fact is that Biden still did exactly the same thing as Trump, only much worse, because he had the docs many years longer and in a much less secure environment. This whole thread is just more leftard hypocrisy.

The term “Classified Information” does not appear in Federal Law. Honestly, you’re just deluded. Trump was ASKED to return these documents. He did not comply. He was served with a subpoena. He did not comply AND he lied. That’s textbook Obstruction of Justice. It doesn’t matter if the documents were classified or not. Answer just this simple question: When Trump was served with a Federal subpoena to return all of the government documents, AND his lawyer told him he had to comply… why didn’t he simply return the documents? Maybe he was afraid that returning the material would be an admission of criminal guilt? I don’t know… you tell me. The Dems already proved that they're no better than butt-wipe when Hillary just ignored them and then destroyed the evidence that was demanded of her. If that wasn't a crime then a new precedent for complying with subpoenas has been established.
