There is no "martial law" being imposed in Canada.  Far from it.  There is an Emergency Act, which is utilizing the police to enforce the laws in specific locations to clear illegal occupiers.  It has no requirement or effect on the rest of the country.  There is no military government and no suspension of ordinary law as required for it be defined as martial law.

It is still martial law by any other name because "ordinary law" has been suspended for the entire country.   Bank accounts are being frozen.

Either way, the U.S. didn't declare a national emergency because of protests.   Canada's government lost the bubble.

Where is the military? Look up the definition of martial law and then look up the Emergency Act. They are nowhere near being the same.
