they were always planning to do that

and they implemented them when the hospitalization rates weren't that high

and didn't implement them when they were higher

predicted vaccine mandates were going to happen

as they were developing the vaccine

and we were called conspiracy theorists for it

by the very people we knew would implement those mandates

and then implemented them

using the exact rubric to justify implementing them that we claimed they would

and the NPCs naturally still fell for it, because that's what NPCs do

they don't think for themselves

they just repeat the same line over and over again

that they were told to say by those they consider authority figures

never straying from the very limited script they were given

No it's not essential. 

You probably won't be able to travel internationally without a Proof of vaccination for quite some time.

covid transmission on planes is very low

almost as low as being outside

being on a commercial airplane is literally one of the least likely places you can catch covid

it doesn't get any safer indoors than that

air travel restrictions are hella stupid

rapid test them before they get on the plane and after they get off the plane

those who don't test positive should be free to travel

problem solved

they aren't even effective

meanwhile the actually effective measures are downplayed or ignored

to justify the authoritarian crackdowns to the know nothing NPCs

who don't even know what is effective and just trust that the government knows what's best

To some extent, but some are trying better than others. In Europe commonly the rule of 3 applies: proof of recovery; negative test or vaccination. That at least makes more sense than the Holy V-Number above all.

I guess my whining tolerance is low today. If you want to board a plane or a train and you are required to be vaccinated to do so, rather than whine and moan, get vaccinated. It is no be deal.

Nobody ever said this is a totally free country. But it is a wonderful country in which to live. Quit complaining and count your blessings. You live in a country where you have access to a vaccine that will help keep you safe. Billions of people don't. You are blessed. Be thankful for where you live.
