GostHacked Posted October 4, 2013 Report Posted October 4, 2013 I guess he hasn't been so careless lately about just driving up to his dealer's house, like all the other customers. --- So ... are we talking after office hours? Is the mayor high on the job? And if he is tasked with reducing drug use as a mayor and city policy, this is very counter productive and gives mixed signals to others doing the same. And as a person who gets his pot in a similar fashion, will say that Ford is acquiring drugs. Unless he is running around collecting bribe money, or paying other off. Who knows. But the way this is described, is nothing more than a person and his dealer doing an illegal transaction. How has he not been brought up on possession charges himself? He is an elected official and should f*cking act like one. Quote
guyser Posted October 4, 2013 Report Posted October 4, 2013 (edited) As I listened to Rob Ford shielding questions earlier today about his latest scandal saying, " I never saw him drink, I never saw him do drugs" Lets look at this .....Rob is friends (close friend too !) w Mr Lisi. Lisi knows Rob, brother Doug and brother Randy and sister Cathy. Rob busted for drugs,Doug being a seller, Randy busted for drugs,Cathy busted for drugs (not to mention shes been shot, a husband murdered, a BF shot).....and all the while Rob has never seen Lisi drink or toke up? ..comedy central ! Ford Nation.....a bunch of simpletons who couldnt spell DOG if given the D and G Edited October 4, 2013 by Guyser2 Quote
Shady Posted October 4, 2013 Report Posted October 4, 2013 How many of your friends are drug traffickers? I don't know as many people as Ford, nor have I worked in the inner city community as he has. Quote

Ford Nation.....a bunch of simpletons who couldnt spell DOG if given the D and G This is a bit of old history now I guess, but it stuck out like a sore thumb back in the day when Rob Ford was questioned about the video, etc., etc. Hid response amounted to a fairly flacid response in the order of I can't comment about a video I haven't seen, and I don't smoke dope. Well if I can tell you if I had been wrongly accused of such things, and especially if I was a public figure, who's job may depend on public opinion,I would have had every damn TV camera, radio mic, print reporter, and everyone else who would listen and I would have defied my accusers quite openly and strongly. If I knew the video was fake, by dent of the fact I had never smoked crack, I'd have had my middle finger quite high in the air t'ward those accusers, and I'd have done it day one. What Ford did speaks the reality. Quote

I can see some people believing that the TStar might be 'out to get' Ford, but I don't think they could believe that US Gawker really cares much about Toronto's mayor and politics ... except for entertainment and sales value. Shady Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 Since you're again talking about the non existent video, any leads on it yet? Maybe it's with Jimmy Hoffa's body? Quote

Since its fact that Hoffa is dead, then it follows you believe the video exists? Why not ask the Police, the same ones who have airplane surveillance of hiz honnor Quote
jacee Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 Since you're again talking about the non existent video, ...You wish! My guess is that the police have it and it will surface in court proceedings as that would explain the comment of the TStar editor that ... [T]he video is slowly making its way to daylight ... Boges Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 I think it's likely the video exists but does it matter at this point and will it ever be made public? As I've said it certainly hasn't hurt the mayor's approval ratings. Quote
guyser Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 As I've said it certainly hasn't hurt the mayor's approval ratings. If , but I should say When it does, it will devistate him. He will have to resign or if little time left , wait it out. Quote
Boges Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 If the video comes out at the end of a pending trial then I certainly doubt we'll see it before October 2014 when the election happens. Quote

jacee Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 (edited) Youre probably right, but lets throw one more in that mix.....in handcuffsI think that's unlikely. It matters to voters whether Ford smokes crack, but the cops are looking for the sellers, not the occasional buyers. They followed Ford by air surveillance to find his dealer, not himself. So far, it appears that they only found a weed dealer (Lisi), though it is perhaps noteworthy that a neighbour said Ford would come there about 4x a week. That's more like a crack schedule ("Just this once ...") than a weed schedule. Sometimes it's disturbing to me, all that I've learned about crackheads from living downtown. Black Dog Posted October 8, 2013 Report Posted October 8, 2013 Someone needs to buy the TV rights to this circus. Mayor Rob Ford friend’s hunt for cellphone sparked probe Alexander “Sandro” Lisi’s attempt last March to swap drugs for a stolen cellular phone believed to belong to Mayor Rob Ford helped kick-start a top secret police investigation, a Star investigation reveals. The probe, which a police document states is called Project Brazen 2, is a spinoff of Project Traveller , the guns and gangs investigation that culminated in massive arrests on June 13. Brazen 2 is an investigation of “drug trafficking,” a police document states. Two arrests were made in this investigation last week: Lisi and the owner of an Etobicoke dry-cleaning shop . The police document, which is part of the case against Lisi, describes Lisi’s attempt to retrieve a cellular phone belonging to “an associate” of his. The document does not name Ford but one source told the Star the phone belonged to Ford, while two other sources said Ford’s phone was taken around this time and attempt were made to retrieve it. Neither Ford nor Lisi responded to requests for an interview. As part of the Star’s ongoing investigation, reporters learned several months ago the story of Ford’s missing cellular phone — an incident that panicked the mayor and some of his staff. The phone was taken from the mayor in the latter part of March and was apparently retrieved. The Star does not know what was on the phone that would cause concern or if it was used to make any telephone calls while it was in someone else’s possession. Quote

jacee Posted October 8, 2013 Report Posted October 8, 2013 Hard to keep track of all these revelations. I wonder why the police haven't come down on Ford yet. For what?Ford is a small potatoes drug user, useful to police as a trail to dealers but not as a target ... unless he is directly involved in the operations of criminal drug gangs, but I don't think anybody's suggesting that.
