weegie Posted April 2, 2011 Report Posted April 2, 2011 Anyone hear this? A pastor from Florida reportedly burned the Koran (Islamic holy book) last month and it's just appeared on the news just now that Afghan protestors have raided a UN building and killed at least 14 people. Honestly, American Christians can be just as crazy as Muslims when it comes to religion. Why the fuck would you burn someones holy book? If you can't see it would have horrific repercussions then you're an idiot. Quote

wyly Posted April 2, 2011 Report Posted April 2, 2011 (edited) many of these people in afghanistan live in a different century than rest of the world, there was a time in the west anyone burning a bible or would've been burned at the stake...these christian retards burning the koran aren't living in the same century as the rest of us either.... Moonlight Graham Posted April 2, 2011 Report Posted April 2, 2011 The fault for killing people lies with those who did the killing, not with a guy who set fire to some worthless papers on the other side of the world. Obviously the fault, in the end, lies in the killers. But the pastor is a moron for provoking them. If you swat a hornet's nest, people are going to get stung. So just leave the nest alone for cripes sake! Also, the papers are worthless to you, not to the 1.5 billion Muslims in the world. Your family photos are worthless to me, but i'm not going to burn them or throw them in the garbage because i know they're important to you. Perhaps that attitude is not unique to Muslims. Piss the West off...get your ass bombed back to yon Stone Age*. *Not a far drop in many cases. Quote Nothing cracks a turtle like Leon Uris.
Guest American Woman Posted April 2, 2011 Report Posted April 2, 2011 (edited) "US burn Koran, 14 killed in retaliation" Since when is a small church, with a reported membership of no more than a few dozen, "the U.S.??" Talk about a totally false title! Anyone hear this? A pastor from Florida reportedly burned the Koran (Islamic holy book) last month and it's just appeared on the news just now that Afghan protestors have raided a UN building and killed at least 14 people.Honestly, American Christians can be just as crazy as Muslims when it comes to religion. Why the fuck would you burn someones holy book? If you can't see it would have horrific repercussions then you're an idiot. Yes, of course. Burning a book is "just as crazy" as the extremist Muslims who are targeting and killing people, innocent civilians. And of course a few dozen people from one church is a fine example of "American Christians." If a few nuts from one 'nondenominational' type Mosque had burned one Bible, I think it's safe to say that the world wouldn't have given it a second thought; and I'd bet my life that if there were as many "American Christians" as there presently are "Muslims" killing civilians who were targeting and killing Muslim civilians, while a few dozen Muslims from one non-mainstream Mosque burned one Bible, no one would have the audacity to say they were 'just as crazy as American Christians when it comes to religion.' Can you even begin to argue that?? again. Edited April 2, 2011 by American Woman Quote

Do you really think that had this Reverend Riffraff not burned the Koran that these people (or other people) wouldn't have been killed? Shady Posted April 2, 2011 Report Posted April 2, 2011 It is a very Neville Chamberlain sort of attitude. Hornets sting. It's right up there with women dressing sexy are asking to be assaulted. Exactly. And if you notice, it's always radical Islam that has these people insisting that we need to be more "responsible" with our rights. However, they never suggest acquiescing to radical Christians or Jews. Nope. They need to always be combated. Maybe because they're not quite threatening enough. Perhaps if they became more violent, they'd also attain "hornet's nest" status. Quote

I can step out into the street into my hood - which is in part a tough part of town - I can irritate some guy with a tear tattooed on his cheek and have the crap beaten out of me - Or I can not make eye contact with the newly released killer...nor do I make eye contact with a black gang banger that might be passing through...some things can be avoided...as for saying that these Islamic nut bars would look for other reasons to murder is a non-starter with me - these people are so stupid they can not think up a justification all on their own - We in part have to suggest it. DogOnPorch Posted April 2, 2011 Report Posted April 2, 2011 Of course the REAL blame here is our beloved media. Bob Posted April 2, 2011 Report Posted April 2, 2011 (edited) Here are the innocent civilians the left is always so concerned about in Afghanistan. Perhaps these are the same innocent civilians that were tortured in Aghan custody after being captured on the battlefield by Canadian soldiers? I think these are the guys who gave eyewitness testimony to Richard Colvin, the and the same people that Ujjal Dosanjh is so concerned about when maintaining Canada's international peacekeeping reputation. - image from Qur'an-burning protests claim more lives Edited April 2, 2011 by Bob Quote My blog - bobinisrael.blogspot.com - I am writing on it, again!

Burn my bible and I don`t give a shit..It`s just a book and God does not reside in a building or book - apparently Islamics are similar to the Buddists and Jews - where God is contained in a box. Personally reading the Koran gave me a head ache...I eventually put it on the curb so some crack head would get a bigger head ache. Quote
