Thats the thing about working or providing a service you get paid for it, and if millions get laid off then they will have to find something else to do, adapt or perish. People can't expect to sit at home and do nothing then get paid for it....

In Israel conflict that is not an option....the country is following the Geneva convention and is being monitored on the ground every day by dozens or organizations...Hamas knows the Geneva convention as well and uses it to their full advantage, inflating numbers is what they do...The convention also spells out very clearly that hospitals are forbidden targets..."Unless" the enemy is using them to their own tactical advantage, then the revert back to military targets and can be bombed...most people in the world don't know about the conventions so they gasp every time a school or hospital is bombed.... Boots on the ground is very very expensive in manpower...and death tolls would be ten times higher if That's all they relied on....Israelis are using every precaution in the book plus many more to ensure the death tolls are as low as they are...you don't drop a 2000lb bomb and not kill everything in a two to 3 block radius....unless you told people to get out... No i don't blame it on being anti Semitic, but i do blame most people not very educated on the subject, if they had read up on what is going on , with both sides not many would be supporting Hamas in any way...Israel is going to destroy these terrorist one way or another , and if that takes push all palestinians into the sea that is what is going to happen, Israel has been pushed to far...I spent 6 months in Israel/ Sinai peninsula/ Gaza, and trust me Palestinians are not the angles people think of...

Well since we are being honest, The US has a massive military spread around the world to be the world's policemen, and because of that the nations involved in these US efforts have slacken off to almost the point their military is almost non existent, most of them have cashed in on peace bonds big time reducing militaries upto 80 % strength since the cold war ended... And while doing so the US has maintain it's forces to pick up some of the slack....at the US taxpayers expense...Since Russia has grown a pair they are taking advantage of these circumstances....as has china, even telling the US when they will take back taiwan....So are the American pissed off , ya, are they telling the world buck the f*ck up and start paying some of the bills ,hell ya....and your upset why ? because it is trump, or that we are one of those countries that now have a huge decision to make, leave NATO, because it is to expensive, and do it on our own.... If you want a seat at the table it does take military might to backup your foreign policies...Even the Swiss take their military seriously. Canadians have this historical thing they do, disregard their military, run it down to being irrelevant, then when conflicts starts up, they send their citizens out to fight with sub par equipment and training.... because it is much cheaper overall to bury our citizens than equip them with equipment that could save lives...now thats a canadian value you can be proud of. and if your good with that sending your sons , daughters, grand sons and grand daughters into battle with sub par or the cheapest bidder, or something some politician picked out becasue it looked cool...then thats the last thought you should have when they lower your loved ones into the dirt....me on the other hand have a son and a daughter serving, and would love to see them come back to me.

No i was talking about those on federal welfare for years at a time.... Our indigenous population are not on welfare, but rather on other federal programs....but while we are here, do you think we are doing our indigenous population any good by paying them to stay home and do nothing...we have created a system where they are totally dependent on the feds for their very existence...Money, shelter, water, sewage, and in most cases we can't even do that...I'm sure the indigenous people are more than capable of doing all of that on their own,if not way better, considering the feds could not organize a gang bang in a whore house.

Europe as the European union... It is a big team, family, union, group, one large nation, it can be described many ways...the fact is they are acting with one voice , one direction in this issue...

Correct me if i'm wrong but eyeball is suggesting taking from the haves, or those that have worked hard to get where they are now, and give that to the have not's which have made a choice not to work hard or not at all.. I come from a family that was in that "have not" category, a huge combined family of 10 kids....each one of those kids worked hard and brought themselves out of the "have not" category....it takes sacrifice and like i said hard work....today we live a comfortable life, as do my kids, we are not rich by any means but we are not living in a trailer court, and eating kraft dinner, and peanut butter sandwiches everyday either... Here in NB i see families that have been on welfare for generations....due only to the fact they don't want to get that education or job to bring them up to the next level....I know there are plenty of people that say being on welfare is no joking matter, but these people are getting along just fine, gaming the system, and doing other things to make do. Sorry but i don't support sharing, i will show you how to get to a better place, even give you short term material support, but i do not have any patience for lazy people.

100 % right the federal fiscal budget is from Apr 1st to march 31 st, and i might be wrong here but the budget we all were expecting was more of the liberals game plan such as what was announced in the throne speech, the budget which will be tabled later this year was how they were going to pay for all these campaign promises and their way forward....and where is all this new money coming from.... So yes we want him to table a new budget, to tell us how is going to pay for all his new promises or policies, as i'm sure Justins budget did not take in any of the new liberal direction...that make sense... What your suggesting is , is there is no way to find out who or what is going to be spent until a new fiscal year....which is not very transparent is it ? As we have a new government with a brand new direction, that no funding has been attached to....would it not be like a blank check let's spend what we want until we are forced to table a fiscal budget in Apr of next year...just 10 months from now...so a full year of no budget?

Thats bull sh!t...In this country everyone has the same rights same opportunities as the next guy, people willing to get a good education, work hard are rewarded in this country...not everyone is willing to do those things, take here in NB a large portion of the population is on welfare or Poggy, they either don't want to work, or find a job that works 4 seasons becasue of personal preference...I call it it being to lazy to get a job, why work when they can sit at home do nothing and have the government pay their way....and it is generational, our government created that problem... .... there is going to be times where people are going to need a helping hand...but to take advantage of government assistance for decades is not right ....what needs to happen is cut them off, give them a year to sort out their problems then cut them off force them to school or work... Our entire democracy works that way, no where in the constitution does it say there is a free ride for those that don't want to put in the work....there are opportunities out there for anyone that is looking ..can't do that from the couch or waiting for your government check...

Opposition party does not run the governing parties agenda,or set policies the job of the opposition party is to hold the current government accountable for it's actions...and in the case of a majority just explain to us how or when the conservatives were needed to help....And i'm pretty sure during Covid all parties worked together to pass legislation needed. You blame them because you can't step back and blame those responsible becasue they are on your team... Imagine if the liberals had common sense , and did things that benefited Canadians, you could take some time and mention what exactly did the liberals do in the last 9 plus years under justin...I'm pretty sure Carney has done more in his short time in office....you can't lay the success or failure of the liberal party on anyone except themselves...And while every Canadian has one vote to do with what they want, i'm not sure how you justify giving the liberals another term after what they have accomplished to date...and yet somehow a large chunk of canadians did....it had nothing to do with what was best for the country, or who had the best policies or platform, it was all about how they hated PP and how he looked...

Sure it is, but when you look at the numbers of american equipment being sold in Europe, it is shrinking very fast... Well 3 out of dozens is not the majority...but rather a few countries... Yes they do , but Europe is also developing their own substitutes for many of American made weapons ...there will always be the exceptions. Trump pressure on Europe to become more self sufficient is going to hurt US weapon manufacture's... Not all European weapons are better than the US...Not sure why we are even looking at European fighters , no one is currently producing something better than the f-35...or why we are still looking at Conventional subs, that can not patrol our artic 365 days a year....Politics needs to stay out of procurement, their involvement should be limited to approving funding or strategic weapons purchases 15 years to buy a replacement pistol is insane....like canceling the F-35 is insane....

No there is no excuses for any terrorist acts, regardless of who has done it....but your reaching now, almost as if if you done it once you can never be declared anything but a terrorist...those organization you mention have long been taken apart....where in Palestine those terrorist organizations continue to grow and take over it is there acts that have brought misery to the palestinians people and today we are looking at the straw that broke the camels back....Israel will continue to inflict pain on the palestinian people until Hamas is destroyed and the palestinian people give up their terrorist activities...
