  1. Police investigating two more Toronto synagogues damaged by gunfire These incidents follows another shooting of a Toronto synagogue on Monday https://archive.ph/bs0ER B’nai Brith recorded over 5,791 incidents of antisemitism in Canada in 2023, an unprecedented figure. These incidents included vandalism, shootings, and threats across several locations but details on arrests and names were not specified in the reports.
  2. First domestic, now foreign assassins. The most disgusting thing is all the people on the left that openly admit they would love to see Trump killed.
  3. How have the Liberals handled the issue of crime? Violent crime, hate crimes and thefts remain high in Canada, finds think tank's justice report card Police-reported hate crimes increased an alarming 85 per cent between 2020 and 2024 https://archive.ph/WHoW7
  4. Another country will fill that void and they'll likely be less environmentally friendly than if it was done in Canada. Canadians will lose out.
  5. Canada is the highest per capita contributor to Ukraine among the G7 nations with $25.5 billion given to date. Trudeau and Carney have both stated that Canada will back Ukraine 'for as long as it takes'. Brookfield has substantial investments in Ukraine and these assets are under significant threat from Russia. Despite the threats, there is also a potential silver lining. As a ceasefire or truce is pursued, opportunities for reconstruction and investment in various sectors (such as energy infrastructure) may arise. The reconstruction effort will likely require substantial financial input, and private sector involvement, including companies like Brookfield, could play a crucial role. Did Trudeau(advised by Carney) and now PM Carney send $25.5 billion primarily to protect Brookfield investments?😐
  6. You didn't seem too bothered by the fact that 20-30 thousand Iranians were killed by their own government, certainly not compared to how angry you were about the casualties in Gaza(and not Israeli casualties from Oct 7) after a few years of intense urban warfare.
  7. From the Toronto Star: Rising grocery costs forcing Canadians to cut meals and rely on credit, survey says More Canadians are relying on credit to put food on the table — and sacrificing nutrition in the process — according to a new survey that shows how the strain of Canada’s affordability crisis is increasingly surfacing in grocery aisles. A new survey from insolvency and debt relief firm Spergel finds that a majority of the 269 Canadians questioned said they had skipped meals or reduced portion sizes in the past six months due to financial pressure. Fifty three per cent of the respondents, who were between the ages of 30 and 60, reported using credit, buy-now-pay-later services, lines of credit or payday loans to purchase groceries in the last six months. Two in five respondents, 46 per cent of which were from Ontario, said they had delayed paying another bill so they could afford food. https://archive.ph/Gp4F8#selection-4309.26-4309.109 From the National Post: Liberals reach 49% voter support and the party's biggest lead in 10 years: Leger poll https://nationalpost.com/news/liberals-reach-49-voter-support-and-the-partys-biggest-lead-in-10-years-leger-poll Clearly a lot of Canadians are totally incapable of connecting the dots.
  8. Canadian dollar jumped after Trump's 'threat'? Look at the 5 year trend with our Liberal(VERY left) government. https://www.google.com/finance/quote/CAD-USD?window=5Y
  9. A blast from the past. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/new-york-times-says-canada-s-middle-class-richer-than-u-s-1.2618487 Ian Lee, assistant professor at Carleton's Sprott School of Business, argued the new study “completely deconstructs the narrative” of Canada’s middle-class demise — something Opposition Leaders Tom Mulcair and Justin Trudeau have frequently spoken about. But Trish Hennessey, director of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives, argued Canada measuring its success against the U.S. is “like comparing ourselves to a sinking stone.” So back in 2014, the leftists were saying it was the US that was the 'sinking stone'.
  10. These scammers are REALLY good at what they do and pretty sophisticated. Someone I know recently got nailed for a couple thousand bucks from a FB scam. It was an ad that he saw and he was told to download some apps on his smartphone. One was Crypto.com which I believe is a legit app, the other one was 'anydesk' which I think will allow the person at the other end to take control of. your device. It was an investment scam promising massive returns. He told me about it a couple of days after he got into it and I did warn him that it sounded pretty suspect. Needless to say he didn't listen.
  11. Are there actual credible accusations against Trump, or are they 'Christine Blasey-Ford' type allegations where the alleged victim can't remember any important details?
  12. Since Carney is gung-ho about deepening ties with India, in effect opening everything up for them, it's reasonable to assume there will be more Punjabi type violence on Canadian soil. https://khalistanextremismmonitor.org/reports/punjabi-gangster-terrorist-linked-killings-in-canada Some of you may be interested in this interview Poilievre did on the Triggernometry podcast.
  13. I wish it wasn't true but nothing from this government surprises me anymore.
  14. Sadly, governments of all stripes are rather secretive under the guise of 'national security'.
  15. Why the Biden/Harris administration didn't release the files? I don't buy the notion that they would do too much damage domestically/internationally or compromise national security. Any administration that leaves the southern border open and plays nice with countries like terrorist-supporting Iran, isn't really taking national security too seriously. They knew full well what was in the files and perhaps the biggest reason they chose not to release them was to protect the Clintons and other prominent names on the left. That administration, and the left in general, literally threw everything they could at Trump. Years of lawfare, personal attacks, vile rhetoric which helped to amp up the derangement which led to assassination attempts. If the Biden/Harris administration thought there was anything in the files that would harm Trump, they would have released them in a heartbeat, and they would have also been released with redactions.
  16. Calls to 'release the files!' during the Biden/Harris administration? Crickets. To date, the Epstein files have been kind of a nothing-burger as far as Trump being implicated in them is concerned.
  17. 1.3 trillion in debt, and the Carney government announces a $100 million dollar scholarship program...for Indian students. Canada announces $100M in scholarships for Indian students under new education measures https://www.cicnews.com/2026/03/canada-announces-100m-in-scholarships-for-indian-students-under-new-education-measures-0372243.html
  18. That link is going to be pretty useful and interesting to watch as it gets updated with Carney's 'performance'.
  19. You in particular, are always quick to dismiss any and all opposing views no matter how many supporting links are provided. On some topics, your own views are literally the polar opposite of common sense and logic, such as your rabid opposition to voter ID.
  20. I wonder how many times, if at all, anyone posting in here has been swayed by the better evidence/logic and switched positions on a particular topic? Generally, it is one side that keeps moving...more and more to the left. Notice the anger in so many of the responses from leftists in here?
  21. Perhaps they could use apple cider vinegar instead?
  22. Do you accept that Iran has been one of the largest, if not the largest, state sponsors of terrorism in the world?
  23. Protesters, primarily in Minneapolis, have repeatedly tried to stop ICE from apprehending illegals that were actually guilty of very serious crimes, including SA against children. They did not care one iota. Unilateral war? That's debatable given Iran's long history of sponsoring terrorism against other nations so a strong case can be made that the regime had it coming. Whether it will turn out successfully for the Iranian people remains to be seen. I'm sorry, but opposing voter ID to strengthen election security is just foolish. And yes, they oppose it because they want to cheat. Look what's going on with California voter rolls. People on the voter rolls....125 years old....and still actively voting. There is clearly voting fraud there.
