Where do they get their expertise in these matters ? Teaching explicit sex concerning homosexuality to eight year olds is robbing them of innocence. Let them at least enjoy their childhood before inflicting this crap on their little minds.Wonder how my generation ever grew up without the gender benders being stuffed into our little heads. I predict that this teaching at such an early age by unqualified teachers will cause more problems than it will help the next generation.

You were obviously never a soldier! The last guys who want war are soldiers.But when guys without uniforms are trying to kill you ,you want to make sure they die and not you and your mates. Your country sends you out to do a job,in this case it started with the UN ,asking us through NATO to take on this task. I do not condone cold blooded murder. Not for one minute but those Lads are facing an unconventional enemy and they sometimes have to make split second decisions or they end up dead or worse they contribute to the death or maiming of their mates. War is messy. It`s a horrible last resort. It is failure. But if your going to take part you better go with the attitude you want to win. I would prefer Gen. MacKenzie to lead and not that lawyer who thinks second hand testimony should be gospel.

Alright! It was more than a POW camp to say the least. Real POW camps treated our guys pretty well according to Geneva conventions on the most part. In comparison to regular POW camps with Canadian, Brits, Aussies etc they were resorts compared to Belsen.

Of course we don`t dismantle all the laws. but we certainly should not continue down a failed road with laws that are not workable. The gun registry has proven itself to be useless. Four young fellas dead because of sending them into a gunfight unequipped with the fire power of a criminal who did not register his guns. well we might be a tad over zelous here. I know some very dedicated Cops. Honest ,good folks and I am very proud to be called friend. Frustration must be very taxing with the system when they risk life and limb capturing bad guys,seeing their victims, and then thug hits the revolving door.

Fantino has let that image down in my estimation.I am sure he was following orders from our political masters. But! I think Fantino should have done the honourable thing and resigned. Although I am a marginal Christian I get wee bit upset at Christians being vilified in movies and newspapers and being called an infidel by other religions. I have always been a police supporter and always wish the Lads in blue a good day. I have even helped police physically in arresting a couple of thugs. Many years ago of course ,I am not nearly as fit or brave in my dottering old age! One of my Police heros beside Sgt Preston of the Yukon and his wonder dog King was Chief Fantino of the OPP. But he has ,from my view, allowed groups to break our laws. He allowed Native gangs of hoods to terrorize some of the good people of Caledonia and squat on other peoples property. Am I mistaken that all citizens should be treated equally by Police , gang or not? How about the Toronto Police during the Tamil demonstrations on University Ave ? People were cut off getting to hospitals,surgeries delayed, great inconvenience for all who had to travel that busy street. Yet anarchy was allowed,and the Police did nothing.If you and I as individuals tried to squat and terrorize a community or close down a busy street we would be arrested.Would we not? If we resisted we just might get a cuff or a tazer treatment. But anarchy it seems is to be tolerated as long as you have a big enough gang. I have always been on the side of Police investigating themselves. I do have some questions now and look forward to more discussion on this subject.

The gun registry has failed in two main ways. First as predicted by me in 1997 the Gangsters never registered their guns. Second the Liberal prediction on cost has been one of the biggest boondoggels that accomplished nothing worth while in this countries history. Egad ! I don`t even own a hand gun or rifles.But a stupid law is a stupid law and to compound the stupidity by defeating this bill to scrap the Allen Rock claim to fame is beyond the pale. Oh yah! Third it did nothing to stop crime. It did however discourage law abiding folks the pleasure of hunting and target shooting because it has become to onerous.
