My fuzzy understanding of this conflict is that it is rooted to the Donbas region (East Ukraine) that is supposedly ethnically Russian. They were trying to become independent or merge with Russia. Ukraine and Zelensky did not exactly like this move. One thing that eludes me is why Ukraine has been relatively poor for as long as has been recorded. No, they are sub-saharan africa poor but relative to the US, Canada, and Western Europe.. they are pretty poor. Any ideas as to why?

moving on... I really hope that PHI wins but I think that KC will win in much the same way as they did last time.

Canada Victory in Trump Tariff War!

Scale is always important. What I am hoping that you are correct on is that the pushback is so great so as to motivate change. A few cancelled vacations will do nothing. A few thousand and it will impact Florida greatly being as they are highly dependent on jobs centered around naics code 71 and 72 -

I hope that you are correct. Just to be clear.. I am not a Trump supporter in the least. -

They still reacted and seemingly gave Trump what he wanted. I do think that Canada should not have been a target but that's for another day. -

I would not say that Canada won.. they acquiesced to Trump. It was a rational choice. Just hope that this does not affect my trip to Toronto in September. -

interesting stuff for sure. -
TDS... quite the imagination. I do not care for Trump but he won and that's all that needs to be said. I know your types.. all self righteousness and emotion. You want to be right instead of getting it right. Data is not your friend. I can tell that it intimidates you. You would rather just name call and tell strangers that you are superior. Again, its fine. Free speech does not guarantee quality of speech.

Yes, he is quite triggered. I view them as a nothingburger and nothing worth getting worked up over. However, had a recent county commissioners meeting and this topic dominated the discussion. I was both amused and perplexed. There are issues that affect the population far more than drag queens but some can't be convinced.

I would be very interested to know which nation on a per capita basis purchases more from the other nation. Been looking at Toronto area breweries... a few solid options. -
Because some times they get it wrong even when they have clear video evidence. It does happen.

"The bills did challenge the 4th down" read that again. I understand why they would not challenge the 3rd down play. If the call is not overturned, you lose a timeout and that could be very valuable later on.

NHL Standings are notorious for not panning out in the playoffs. That being said.. Winnipeg vs. Washington would be a cool Stanley Cup Final.
