Why would it be overturned? Who would overturn it? If you mean that it will overturned by the company if it doesn’t work for them, ok, sure. They can overturn their own business practices. If you mean by the courts, that’s pretty funny. If a woman prefers a woman doctor, is that somehow illegal and will be “overturned” too? It’s a private business choosing to cater to the wishes of their customers by providing a service.
