Darwin Strikes Again....
herbie replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
BTW they're building a hydrogen plant here in Prince George to fuel a fleet of semis. Fingers crossed its not another run for a year until the grant money runs out project. Seen enough of those in these parts. H2 vs C8H18... I guess so! -
Darwin Strikes Again....

Yes, hydro is like solar. They have to shut the spillways at night to refill the reservoirs. The dam operators are unionized. It would cost gudzillions to have them not click the reduce power output icon at night. There has and will be no research into hydrogen generation and storage until Trump is re-elected and orders it so, like he did with vaccines. Charging vehicles at night is absurd like turning the dishwasher on when you're sleeping instead of just turning the volume up on the TV If you fill your car with hydrogen, it will float away and be lost. Your insurance won't cover that. EVs and hydrogen cars explode driving in a straight line, moving ICE vehicles only explode and burn if you turn the steering wheel more than 3 degrees without jamming on the brakes. Justin Trudeau will put a carbon tax on your tap water if they start using hydrogen from electrolysis. Burning hydrogen is worse for everything, it creates clouds that trap sunlight and make it even hotter. The added H2O in the air will fall as rain and create floods, maybe completely ruin desert areas. There is no mention of Climate Change in the Bible, therefore it cannot possibly be true. Power plants are intrinsically bad, coal fired plants supplying electricity to London made things worse than having a coal heater in every room of every home in London. Uncle Bobby could knick coal off the side of the tracks now he has to PAY 100 quid or so. Who shall pay, who shall PAY? Hydrogen cars mainly use fuel cells they don't burn it. Have you no respect for tradition? -book of Excuses 14:7 (provided to all managers and civil servants) -
That was all in the past, we realize colonialism was bad and we'll never do that again. (smiles at Martian)

Darwin Strikes Again....

Yes, the most abundant element in the universe is too just expensive to extract. Get that out there now so it can sink into the same blockheads and they can spout that for ten pages 20 years from now. You know them. The ones that shouldn't have to get out of the way when a speeding bus is coming. It's a "natural" occurrence, every ten minutes or so.... -
Will Multiculturalism be Canada's Achilles Heel (Downfall)?
herbie replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Ask the kids of an immigrant what they are and they'll tell you Canadian. We just don't go out of our way to brag about how fast you're assimilated. The melting pot isn't needed because you melt anyway. It's pretty secondary where your family came from. Or what church they go to, on what day, or don't believe at all. And your incessant anti-Trudeau, anti-Singh, anti-socialist, pro-Bible thumping rants have nothing to contribute to multiculturalism discussions whatsoever. It only points out a bigot's view of the subject. -

NY Sues Trump for $250 million; “Staggering” Fraud
herbie replied to Rebound's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
You mean someone like Trump who insisted on ordering the FBI and DOJ around and snivelled like the spoiled baby he was when they wouldn't because they don't follow political orders? The one who now claims they do just that and has millions of bone stupid enough lackeys that believe him? The guy who's lucky justice i so damned slow they didn't frog march him from the White House in cuffs? -

They're building mosques and closing churches because the Moslem population is growing and the percentage of church going Christians is shrinking. That's ALL there is to it. And the next generation of those immigrants are going to be as atheist and un-fun-dumb-mental as most of us are now. So discussion of religion is pointless regarding immigration. This is a secular country and will stay that way. No one shit bricks over eastern Europeans being orthodox, Chinese being atheists or Sikhs usurping the order of things. If you did or do, you defined yourself as a racist. -

So says the guy who thinks that the wind that pushes a ship can't run a generator. Who's being stupid? -

Yes I understand that, but I also understand what here and there means. You're deflecting again as usual - If you're completely unable to reply to any thread without simple deflection and whataboutisms turn off your browser and try playing solitaire. . -
I solved the carbon issue in Canada
herbie replied to Moonlight Graham's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Starting on it at least. And yeah, in a country requiring great distances for somw of us, hybrids have to be part of the solution. As does hydrogen. -

Oh FFS the thread isn't about IF we should do anything about CO2 or what compounds and molecules are it's about a suggestion that might promote EV & hybrid use. If you can't comment on the subject at hand or just don't want to promote their use then bugger off. On subject: just like the oil company gouging for gas is the biggest promoter of EVs, the auto dealers are doing almost what your suggesting by hiking prices on gas vehicles so much in the last couple years. Plus, what's this $20,000 Toyots BS? Get off your butt and look, the MSRP on the lowest price in Canada is 19.5K and add on delivery, dealer prep and taxes. $20,000 doesn't buy shit these days. -
For all the UNFAIR demonization of Freedom Convoy......

It actually showed us how Trudeau is anything but 'weak' and stood up to these Diet Pepsi of Jan 6th goons when the City & Provincal Politicians wouldn't take their thumbs out of their ass. -

Oh FFS here we go again with the blockheads repeating their denials.... 60% of this site's content. Denier argument point #11: Why should we stop shitting in the well the Chinese kid is still shitting in the well... As to you reply on subject - because we're still trying to get people to go EV in numbers abd initially subsidizing them should make more buyers, more production and therefor lower costs. That's the way it's supposed to work right?
