Australia is generally the one country that ranks as high (sometime higher) than Canada. European countries, like Canada and the US, have grown the cost of healthcare over the past several decades. European countries with higher cost of healthcare than Canada (latest OECD data) are: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Sweden, and Switzerland; of course non of them are close to the cost of health-care in the US.
