I disagree Boges. The expansion of NATO is problematic, especially into countries like Turkey. I don’t believe Ukraine is part of NATO yet though.

That's the issue. Ukraine wants NATO protection and Russia doesn't. Because it means if they pull a Crimea 2, then NATO is obliged to help.
I think for recent NATO additions like Poland, Romania and Slovakia an invasion of Ukraine is a problem.
