  1. Happy Native American History month as well. Didn't hear a peep about that one in the media. Canadians are dumb as donkeys following a carrot on a stick. Meantime the real problems are being suppressed. Did Trudeau fix the clean water problems on reserves as he promised? No. Report indicates Canada has failed to provide clean drinking water to First Nations Posted Jan 13, 2023 So carry on, all ye blind and stupid dullards. Take it right over the cliff
  2. My view as a conservative in all seriousness is that government should govern matters of law, economy, health and security. NOT moralizing, NOT giving one man or one party's view of social improvements. The platitudes he is mouthing are not approved by non Liberals. As we see on the Hill, and there will be more people coming out to speak against it since it offends their conservative views. Just to qualify that, is not to say conservatives are anti-LGBTQ. Of course not. We have gays in our families, they are our sons and daughters. As I said Canada already moved on from this issue by and large. The offense is about the HOW and WHEN that these things are being done. Would I have an issue if a normal Canadian who is gay gave a presentation to the kids in grader 3? Someone who is ordinary looking, professionally dressed and seems in every way a normal person? No, of course not. That is how the gays appear when I meet them in daily life. It should be a thing normalized. Not the over-the-top trashy vaudeville act with lots of racy talk and suggestive movements. Kids can tell when someone is being weird. I saw a video of a drag queen giving a lap-dance to a kid. It disturbed my conscious. (sp...)
  3. The father is a king who demonstrates competence in leadership. Pierre rose to power through his own cunning and intelligence. The son of the king rises to power through inheritance, having led a protected life and never challenged to establish himself. The father knows his son will be king after he is gone, and that he is incapable of it.
  4. You are wrong that Canadians hate the LGBTQ. We already have accepted them as a normal part of our society, and that was 20 years ago. What's being done now is force-feeding the message of alternate lifestyles on the very young and on conservatives, to the point it offends the rights of the very weak. Drag Queen's giving lectures in the classroom are not representative of ordinary trans-sexual people. Transgender men are being allowed into women's sports. I mean to defend children and women's rights, not to promote hate towards the gay community. So, to the devil with your revisionist and hateful analogy.
  5. JT needs to listen to his father's advice. Keep government out of the bedrooms of Candians. (sp...) Old Pierre's bones must be turning in the grave. He reminds me of King Edward "Longshanks" in the movie Braveheart, who had to deal with his effeminate and useless son.
  6. Actually most of the conversation we had centers on concerns that we won't be ready to make the switch to EV's full- scale by the time this government intends to ban the sale of new ICE cars. That's why the title of the thread is "Ontario needs to invest in... " Perspektiv may or may not be serious in his position but it hardly matters. He could just be playing the devils advocate. He is right about the problem of sub-par performance of these vehicles as well. Anecdote but we know a lady with an EV and she confirmed the very thing I said earlier, the range is much less than promised especially in winter. Government needs to provide more chargers and more power infrastructure. Judging by the way this is going, people are going to have to get used to poorer performance with long charging times, shortened battery life due to excessive use of fast-chargers, expensive replacement cost, limited supply of lithium and how to deal with the toxic waste that cannot be recycled. Sounds like Musk has a lot more stuff to invent before they really work well.
  7. Not to worry. Those of us who are thinkers and less sensitive get the point. Was just saying this to my wife today, we as a country buy crappy goods from China while taking a pose as if we're progressive and as if we care about the environment. That's why globalists love China, they can produce the cheap goods that guarantee to sell, because they have very few environmental regulations and human rights standards. We import their junk and pollute our country with it. Called "Chineseium". The position we are in as a country is laughable, but for the fact that we are ignorant and it's really a tragedy.
  8. We know several women who experienced menstrual issues after the vaccine. My wife knows one young lady who died suddenly. Doesn't mean it was the vaccine for sure, but I'm generally suspicious of it and the way government rolled this out. It should not have been forced upon us. It should have been highly recommended, and that's it. I don't know anyone who died of covid.
  9. Probably not. Maybe it's because no one likes you, and you have no friends?
  10. It is in itself a major rebuke of Trudeau, his leadership and his decision making. He appointed a person who was deemed untenable for the position. These are the people he puts before us. Major slap in pretty-boy's face. If there's one thing a pretty-boy hates, it's having their face slapped. Now let's make with some serious punches, and follow up with body-blows. Politically I mean.
  11. Yes I know. We re-elected the blackface PM, plunging our country into utter disgrace among nations. It could have instead been our proudest moment. But I still have a glimmer of hope for this country, the grassroots folk most of whom are outside of the big cities, which in number is probably the majority of Canadians. This inquiry could open the door to exposing how it happened, iff we manage to keep the corrupted government influencers and groomers out of it. Canada needs a winner, it's long overdue. Else the dream dies.
  12. I think it sets the stage though for the right person to come along and say the right things that would guarantee them a win. If politics shall rule the day, then let's play the goddam game right, to the finish. The recent election in Alberta is a good sign that Canadians want more autonomy and a government that stays confined to its role, and nothing more. Leave societal reform and moralizing to the streets. Those things should not be the opinion of one man or one party. But it can only happen iff (if and only if) we are not beholden to outside influences. I mean the globalists, and the Sinoese. Globalists love China as a cheap resource because they are ruthless towards their people and the environment. Globalists love Trudeau as well, hence his dream of a "post-national state". That is who we are in fact fighting against.
  13. What is he keeping though? That he gets to whisper in Trudeau's ear once in a while? It's not like he is the co-Prime Minister. They are not the opposition party. There are no NDP cabinet ministers. Best thing to happen is the inquiry reveals Trudeau knew about the Chinese involvement and that he allowed it to continue because he benefitted from it. Place him in the annals of history as a TRAITOR, along with Singh who propped him up. Then down they both will go. And that, could be WHY there is no support for triggering an election coming from the Jagged Meat-headed Singer.
  14. I think this is becoming more clear to ordinary Candians. (sp)
  15. Actually a good move, now that I see what the topic is about. I'm for finding out the truth, and this problem with Chinese interference sounds serious. I posted a link to a national post article the other day that shows how they use covert activities to undermine a stable society, this is paychological warfare, along with other more basic threats. The Chinese cyber threat is "unparalleled" by any other national security challenge seen by the U.S. government, according to FBI Director Christopher Wray. Chinese cyber threat 'unparalleled,' FBI director says We need to know what Justin Trudeau is so afraid of. I suspect it will come out that China helped him win the election, by both undermining his opponents and by directly giving financial aid. The latter point has already come out as proven, now we need to show the former. He is, imo the most un-Canadian PM ever, and a traitor to Canada. Just sayin...
  16. There you go, chappy.
  17. Now sing it with me- "Oh Canada, Ling dao foo ching Huawei..."
  18. Yes it is true. Do I stutter? The report on Chinese interference that Johnston should have written And I quote: "As for Johnston, he has spent a half-century as an enthusiast of Canada’s descent into Beijing’s sphere of influence — championing academic collaborations, making numerous visits to China and wishing that all Canadians spoke Chinese." .... This article is devastating to those mild-mannered pseudo-Conservatives among us, who think that status quo shall always rule the day. They are due for a history lesson. Some more highlights: Bombshell exposé by Alliance Canada Hong Kong documents Beijing's sinister operations here. It examines the Chinese Communist Party’s sinister engagements with this country’s political processes, universities, civil society, corporate sector, Chinese-language news media and social media. The rise of Beijing’s politburo-level United Front Work Department, which operates with a budget that exceeds China’s foreign affairs ministry, is devoted to subverting and influencing Canadian institutions and policing overseas Chinese communities. “The long-established United Front networks in Canada are operating with increasing sophistication and aggression,” the Murky Waters report finds. “A primary and direct approach in influencing Canadian elections is for the UFWD to simply support or sabotage candidates of interest. (Think John Tory's sudden exit) The fundamental goal is to advance Beijing’s agenda by either supporting candidates deemed favourable or sabotaging candidates perceived as a threat,” ... “Beijing also provides incentives, funding, and benefits to individuals, organizations, and businesses in mainstream Canadian society who align with its agenda, extending beyond diaspora communities” by utilizing “proxy actors, such as law firms, consulting agencies, businesses and government relations firms” in order to avoid scrutiny. And finally for those same pseudo-intellectuals who decried the CSIS "leakers" - It’s only because of the unauthorized release of CSIS documents and the risks taken by CSIS whistleblowers in alerting the news media to the Trudeau government’s wilful inattention to this state of affairs that Canada is finally paying some attention to what groups like the Alliance Canada Hong Kong, the Uyghur Rights Advocacy Project, Canada-Hong Kong Link and the Toronto Association for Democracy in China have been saying, for years.
  19. I just figure we should all brush up on our mandarin to get ahead of the game.
  20. You used the term refugee in the old-school context. That is, a political refugee escaping a war-torn region or escaping some other grave danger. But the new Trudeauean "refugee" (neo-refugee?) is an economic refugee. In other words people escaping poverty. And there's a whole lot of them. You know, like several billion. That's why there is confusion on use of this word today, covered broadly by the convenient media term "immigration". So which is it being talked about here fella? Who is it that's on your boat.
  21. It sure helps her win when CBC disallows one of the most significant front-runners from participating in their live TV debate. Conrad Black: Anthony Furey is the only one who can beat Olivia Chow "Mr. Furey is the candidate who is moving quickly and has attracted prominent and interesting supporters, including the eminent public intellectual Jordan Peterson and former Conservative foreign minister John Baird. His candidacy has practical as well as symbolic importance. If he is able to get his message out more widely in the three weeks before election day, his rapid advance in the last month could accelerate and make him a serious contender." CBC excludes top mayoral candidate Anthony Furey from televised debate In response to True North’s request for comment, the CBC says that they promise to give space to candidates whose commentary and platform “doesn’t violate CBC’s Journalistic Standards and Practices or Code of Conduct.” That's how it's done folks. You get to pick the candidate they approve of. Now go out there and vote!
  22. You dislike use of the term "groomer", that's clear. But here in an article the term "influencer" is used. The marketing firm that came up with the idea to team up Bud Light with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney has been in “serious panic mode” for the last couple of months. https://torontosun.com/business/money-news/ad-agency-that-paired-bud-light-with-dylan-mulvaney-sent-into-serious-panic-mode I would venture to guess the person willingly describes (themself) as an influencer. Influencer, groomer. Tomato, tomatoe
  23. Sorry I got a little excited there, haha. Oh well, no harm done, no foul. Now back to page after page of opinionated nitpicking and inanity.
  24. Trudeau barely won. In fact he lost, but for a coalition agreement with NDP, and that just got him a minority government.
