Well I really don't know why you would think I'm trying to fool you. CNN is pretty clearly biased against Trump anyone can see that - I certainly don't have any particular reason to subscribe to their views above anyone else's. Like I said I rarely if ever watch it, why bother when so many Fox News shows give a daily recap of whatever it is that CNN and the rest of the Media Party/Mob is reporting that day? Why is Fox News is the only media outlet that seems to be concerned about how the Deepstate Media Party/Mob is undermining Trump's presidency along with the nation's values? I'm still at a loss to understand why no one is taking any sort of action against that. Why would Fox News be the only one's citing it's insidious poisonous presence on an almost daily basis? However neutral, fair and balanced Fox is it doesn't seem very fair that they should be the only one's to carry this burden. These must be terrifying times to be a Fox News investigative journalist knowing how deep the state runs.

Yeah, okay. Donald Trump is a genius. Which is why he's threatened his former high school and college with massive lawsuits if they don't hide his grades from everyone. Just like he's a financial genius with multiple bankruptcies who hides his taxes and has to borrow money from Russian oligarchs because no bank in the world would loan money to his company. That the media continues to focus on him is simply a result of a culture that loves blood and outrage, and him blundering around like a cow in a china shop, smashing things and shitting all over the place. Is that cow really that smart because the news media loves the story and focuses its cameras on it? I think Rue put it best in that all he does is watch TV to see what people are mad at then pretend to be mad at it too. That's just basic, bargain basement populism.

Without Quebec we'd be a lot richer, a lot more united. Without the tribal vote of Quebecers, who despise the rest of Canada and refuse to vote for anyone but a Quebecer unless none is available we'd have far better leadership too. I'd way rather keep the West and throw Quebec out on its ass. I like Romney too, but there’s absolutely no way he could join Democrats. He’s not for open borders and massive illegal immigration. He’s not for even bigger deficits, and even bigger debt. He has almost nothing in common with them, other than the vote on impeachment.

Those are pretty personal questions. Is he supposed to give some really good reasons why Jews were hated? The Germans actually were hosed after WWI. A generation of people grew up fighting in the mud of Paschendaele just like Canadians did, but on the other side, they were forced into abject poverty. They were looking for a scapegoat and it turned out to be the Jews. “You can always convince one half of the poor people to kill the other half.” Yes the camps are there to foment hatred. That many people have been resettled over and over again in the past 70 years. Refugees look for a home. They don’t stay in one place and protest for more than 3 generations. Those are protesters. When the muslims got Pakistan there were no refugee camps, because 10M people were massacred. Look it up. The people who say that Israel is bad because of what happened to the Palestinians but don’t care about what happened to the Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan are just bigots. Pakistan killed a further 3M in 1970. Look that up too.

Why does the conservative party continue to want to kiss french Quebec's butt is beyond me. Quebec wants nothing to do with Canada although they have been pretty much been allowed and given control over and do run this country called Canada. Conservatives need a politically incorrect leader like Trump and get back to basics and telling we the people that we believe in more freedom, less taxes, and less government. No more bull chit and trying to appear as just wanting to be just another liberal party. The leftist liberal media in Canada hates their conservative guts. Wake up you dummy conservatives. Canada does not need two liberal politically correct political party's. Canada needs a real and true conservative party and the only one out there that can deliver that is Maxine Bernier, a real and true conservative. Needing a bilingual PM is a joke. Canada needs a real leader, and can do quite well without a bilingual one. Besides, Quebec is a french speaking province only. They want nothing to do with the Anglophones and their English language in the rest of Canada. Let's show them that we do not need them also. Take your french language and shove it. Works for me.

Thank you. I agree this thread has been much more informative than most ive seen in my short time here. When it comes to somthing as important as education, we should, and must be able to evaluate it without resorting to partisanship, the three R's don't belong to any party.

I'm not positing a conspiracy. I'm simply pointing out that the judges of the supreme court can make any finding they want and no one can really overrule them. They're the product of a system of left-leaning ideologically driven schools run by second and third rate professors who have succeeded in inspiring in them the belief that their job is to change the country to make it more socially just. The problem with that is they don't really understand what is socially just and that no one elected them to do it. Everyone explicitly accepts that the Republicans are appointing extremely conservative judges to every court so that the constitutional rulings of those courts, including the supreme court, will change to reflect their thinking. Yet somehow people refuse to accept that successive Liberal governments have been doing exactly the same thing here for decades. The only difference is the Republicans admit it while the Liberals piously and dishonestly deny it. But the judges they appoint to the supreme court and federal court are about as 'independent' as the people they appoint to the senate. They're appointed because they reflect left wing ideological views and can be relied on to further the Liberal party's ideological goals.

I understand Islamist terrorism, i don't know a lot of details about the situation with the Uighurs in China. Islamist terrorists aren't simply rebels or freedom fighters, they're religious fanatics who target civilians they see as non-Muslim heretics, including fellow Muslims who aren't fundamentalist enough and therefore not "real Muslims". So no, if I were in their position I wouldn't be doing that and neither would you. They aren't at war with the US gov they're at war with all Americans who they see as Christian scum. It's not the West and Israel vs whatever Muslim country to them, it's the Christian Crusaders and Zionists vs Muslims. Often enough when you see a fat kid you find out their parents are fat too, especially the mother. People who can't control their own eating are unlikely to put a lot of emphasis on controlling their children's.
