No. The left is actually necessary in a democratic nation. The problem is, "the left" has bought a lie that 'sounds' reasonable...but is actually societal and cultural suicide. Mulroney started the exodus of Canadian manufacturing. This effectively hollowed out our economy and ability to take care of ourselves. We quickly became endeared to cheap products at outlets like Wallymart, while we became dependant on China and others to produce goods for us. Then our government had to scramble to get masks and vaccine, when The Rona happened. Dumb dumb dumb. To survive and prosper, Canada MUST learn to take care of CANADIANS and our prosperity. Enough of this goofy idea that global free trade will provide. It will not, and the evidence is in plain view now.
