Our Prime Minister has not disclosed this information to the Canadian public until he was asked about it at a press conference. We have had one since the start of the Afghanistan war, this is where we stopped, given our personal weapon ammo, and took our weapons out of the weapons bags...you also received your rest of your flight briefing like how the landing was going to be, what action to take if fired upon, etc etc...it was also a place to break up the flight, get something to eat military is not much into stewardess or feeding on aircraft.... time to change aircraft a C-17, as passage jets are not built for combat landings, like diving for the runway from 10,000ft popping flares....Kuwait offers a wide range of services for military aircraft..... 1 Quote We, the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. Whoa, here you are doing exactly what I just talked to you about in the other thread. You don't get to exaggerate other people's comments just so that you can accuse them of overreaction. It's a big deal that our gov't failed to tell Canadians about an attack on a base that our soldiers are in. Conservatives have a right to hold their feet to the fire. And they were in a military base, herb. Not a military base disguised as a hospital, just a military base, in plain sight. With American flags. Iran was going to fire missiles at it regardless of whether or not there were Canadians in it because they wanted to kill Americans. Our gov't acknowledging that we had soldiers there is no big deal. We have soldiers at a lot of bases.
