1) Just because the "Whatever of Suns" charges were dropped doesn't mean that it was always a fiction. That's an absurdly stupid claim. It's normal for prosecutors to change their minds about what charges they're gonna bring, what level of murder charge they're gonna go for, etc.

2) The charges against Maduro went through an actual judicial trial process in America before Trump's second term started. Grand Jury no less.

You're getting propaganda from an MH source. That maroon thinks that the CBC is a legitimate news org ffs.

And you believe FOS LIES is a legitimate news source solely because they tell you what YOU WANT TO HEAR.

That's EXACTLY what cost them $800M for LIBEL. LMAO

We observe that the Trump government is blocking this country’s oil trade, depriving its population of the vital resource that allows them to meet their basic needs. Their objective is clear: to provoke chaos and famine, to sacrifice thousands of lives as in Iraq, and then to impose their own Pinochet in power and seize the nation’s wealth. This criminal policy once again demonstrates that the United States is the global crossroads of corrupt, immoral, and predatory politicians. Journalists must begin by denouncing the billions seized from Venezuelan assets in banks to finance these criminal killing operations. It started with killing fishermen and then people who were sleeping peacefully, while the corrupt American justice system does nothing but instead focuses on destroying films of millionaires who abused children.

You can't even specify what you believe is a lie.

Because there is none and you're just IGNORANT of the truth.

The FACT is, Trump was INDICTED for interfering in an official government function.

Read it and weep.

Quote
In the federal case related to efforts to overturn the 2020 U.S. presidential election, Donald Trump was indicted on charges including conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding and obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, which involve interfering in the official government function of certifying election results.
The specific charges in the federal indictment, filed by Special Counsel Jack Smith in August 2023, were:
  • Conspiracy to defraud the United States (18 U.S.C. § 371) by using "dishonesty, fraud, and deceit to impair, obstruct, and defeat the lawful federal government function by which the results of the presidential election are collected, counted, and certified".
  • Conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding (18 U.S.C. § 1512(k)), referring to the congressional proceeding on January 6, 2021.
  • Obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding (18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(c)(2), 2), also related to the certification of the electoral vote.
  • Conspiracy against rights (18 U.S.C. § 241), which protects the right to vote and have one's vote counted.

And yet Trump is keeping all those officials in place rather than transitioning to the democratically elected opposition party or the Nobel prize-winning activist. Hmmmm.

Because it would take 50,000+ troops to occupy and install. He is using the threat of abduction and indictment to force the former regime to comply. Maybe it works. Maybe it doesn't. But it is far less costly and deadly than the alternative.

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

1. Concerning Pinochet...I believe Bell Canada and several other Canadian companies...and our government...had a significant role in that.

So, you want Trump to do even more there now to force regime change? Make up your minds.

You act like Trump has a magic button that, if he pushed it, poof! Someone else is in charge.

This is not a medical issue. It is a moral and constitutional one.

Prolonged exposure to unchecked executive power—especially within a national security system built on secrecy, coercion, and impunity—can morally fracture a leader and severely impair judgment.

When a president is repeatedly confronted with actions that conflict with fundamental democratic values and human norms, the result can be moral injury: loss of restraint, escalating rhetoric, and increasingly erratic or dangerous decision-making.

This does not require a diagnosis. It reflects a failure of institutional containment.

When such a breakdown becomes visible, Congress has a responsibility to act immediately, not to wait for further damage.

Temporary removal, enforced rest, or constitutional removal from office is not punishment—it is a protective safeguard for the republic.

The true threat is not a single individual, but executive power without effective checks and balances.
